I haven't stayed here a year yet and I'm hating it. I have a serious beg problem. when I first moved in I bombed this apartment twice and I still have begs and roaches. Everything is covered in the refrigerator and my dishes are washed but they seem to get in everything. I can't leave a cup of water out for a minute or two without coming back to a roach in my cup floating. I'm afraid to cook cause that's when they really come out. I've thrown food away that I was in the process of cooking due to dead gnats and roaches floating in my pots. I also have spiders in my bed room on the wall crawling down from a web over my daughters bed. when I first moved in I requested pest control everytime they come out. I'm just now seeing a pest control card in the month of May. I've requested another unit away from these neighbors of mines. I haven't had any peace since I moved here. The police security guards and fire trucks were called out several times in the last 6 months. They stomp jump and argue along with domestic violence or assault. I'm appreciative for a place to stay but if I'm paying $600 I would like to live cozy without having to worry about roaches crawling everywhere spiders in my clothes and around my bed and to come home to peace and quiet when I get off. Security is always walking the property which helps us feel safe due to the area we live in. This property is always clean besides the bugs inside my apartment. I've bombed my apartment twice and I still have bug problems. It seems like every since pest control came out the bugs are worst. I refuse to continue to spend $20 on bombs and bug products to kill the bugs. It's hideous to deal with bugs especially with a new born.

Roaches. Enough said. In the pantry, cabinets, dishwasher. Under sink.countertops, bathroom countertops, kitchen appliances, bathroom cabinets and tub, bedroom walls. Laundry room, storage closet. And its not a cleanliness issue. They live there. In walls, carpet, countertops, cabinets. Unless you plan on spending money and months playing Orkin man and finding ways to stop your roach problem. This is an apartment management issue.

I have been in Ridge Point for the past 4 months and I LOVE IT!!! The entire staff is still the same and didn't change after I signed my lease. They have a kind and caring deposition. The Manager has an open door policy and that alone is PRICELESS! Any concerns that I had were addressed immediately. Security is still making rounds and making our living environment pleasant. If you don't have a place to call home I would encourage you to be a part of the Ridge Point family. Don't wait to long because like anything that is good it goes fast! Remember, that this community is NO drama, drugs, loud noise or anything else that would make your living conditions distasteful. Signed---I'm loving it!

I moved in a year ago and have headaches. There were no side boards around walls and raised carpet and the padding is looks as if it's been on the floor for over 10 years. I was told I could write up anything I saw and it would be repaired. I have cardboard in a window because it was not meeting and insects would fly in. I thought since I told them and they didn't repair they would see the cardboard and say something. Not so. I guess they have their favorites because my experience has been awful.

I love these apartments! Parking is great. Its always clean, i never see any trash anywhere. There is no noise, and i come home peaceful. There is all night security visitable at all times. The managers and maintenance are so helpful and nice. Overall compared to other apartments around i think Ridgepoint is the best and will be the best for a very long time! Staying here is worth every penny!

Ridgepoint apartments have been my home for the last 25 years. the long term staff in maintenance and courtesy officers is worth it's weight in gold. my asst mge, tracy is a realtor and has been with me 19 years. the average legnth of stay at ridgepoint is 10 years or more. we pride ourselves in our long term residents that tell us they are going nowhere. when you find a home in your apartment community, where you and your opinions count, you keep resigning leases and plan on going nowhere. our convenient location in the med ctr/reliant south main area. the west u vlg is close enough to bicycle and meyerland is our meca away from the malls. i am so proud to represent Ridgepont apartments and just pray the i will be the most thoughtful and fair manager that is possible. our apartments are super well maintained and landscaped and we are just waiting for you. we don't have many vacancies, so hurry 30 days in advance to reserve your new home.

I have lived in apartments my entire life all over texas and a few other states and I have never been this happy in an apartment! Staff is great and goes the extra mile to get something done. I hope my job keeps here in the Houston area a while because if I had to leave I would be heartbroken.

The only reason i left there was because I decided to get a house finally. I had lived there for a few years and everyone in the office has always been so nice to me. Some new faces have come and gone in the office but always nice people! Anytime i had a work order it was done within 36 hours. If I ever go back to an apartment, I'll go back there.

I went by the office to tell the manager how nice and helpful they have been since I moved in 6 months ago and I was told about this site. I am surprised that no one has wriiten anything abouth the place. They were so helpful in my transfer to Houston, moving to a new city can be pretty scary but they sent me in the right direction and help to make this transition as easy as possible. They went out of thier way to help. It is neat and clean and I have been very happy. So thank you to you all
