I have nothing but positive things to say about camden Travis Street. I came here to visit my friend and the environment looked great and everyone at the front desk was so polite including Monica. This place is 5 star!!! I will definitely be back so I can have a tour.

I moved into Camden Travis Street about a year ago and I absolutely love it. The community is very pristine and beautiful. You can tell their team truly cares about the upkeep and their residents. Rex, Monica, and Nubia are all so nice and eager to help you with whatever it may be. The location is super convenient being within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and parks. Astros', Texans' and Rockets' games are just a short walk and train ride away. Definitely worth checking this community out if you are looking to move to the Midtown area.

I have been a resident at Camden Travis Street for over 2 years and can honestly say, it has been one of the best places I have ever lived. The maintenance staff and management have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions and truly care about all of us here. Amenities are great, pool and neighbors are amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better location in midtown. I have recently been relocated and it is truly unfortunate that I have to move. I can only hope that my next apartment takes half as good of care of its residents as Adam and his team at Camden Travis Street. I highly recommend this midtown complex.

This community is amazing. I couldn't have a found a better place to live. The office staff is so nice and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and efficient. The grounds are always clean and maintained.

Staff is amazing. Maintenance responds to problems within the same day. No complaints after 6 months. The price is the best for what you get. I dont even have to use my car because of how close the metrorail and grocery stores are.

We were hoping to get extra counter space by having our microwave mounted above the oven. Monica, the assistant manager, was polite and professional about the request from start to finish. She called and emailed to follow up on the installation and took care of the request in less than 24 hours.

I had a great experience at Camden Travis Street! The midtown location cannot be beat-you're within walking distance to all nightlife but your far enough away that you don't hear music blasting every weekend. The apartments are modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking for guest and residents, not to mention ample street parking. The metro rail is 2 blocks over so getting to and from downtown, Med center, NRG Stadium is a breeze. Teresina and Yesenia in the front office were always very helpful. I just moved to another camden property because of the great service I received at camden travis street!

I have been living here for four months and I don't plan on renewing my lease. For reference, my unit is located on the third floor off of Travis Street close to the leasing office. The noise in the area is ridiculous and I wouldn't wish the disturbance to my worst enemy. There is a roof top bar across the street from the leasing office down Dennis St. They typically play loud music, live bands, and an obnoxious DJ that yells over the microphone. This is an issue almost every Thursday night until about midnight, and every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The hours vary but I've had to deal with music through 3AM. This is especially disturbing when I have to work weekends and I'm kept up all night. The walls are paper thin and these windows are by no means noise proof. I can hear cars driving down the road and people talking as they walk down the sidewalk. Not to mention the parking meters along the street and drunk peoples car alarms going off throughout the night. Security is too relaxed at this complex. They don't even have an on-site officer. It would be nice if they had an officer patrol the garage to deter unauthorized people from parking here. The parking tags are basically pointless because they're not enforced. They have security cameras at the entrance of the parking garage, but that kind of an after the fact thing. You only rely on them after a crime has been committed. You can't tell me Camden can't afford one on-site security officer at each of their properties.

I have been living in this community for almost 3 years and I am totally satisfied. The location is very convenient, close to grocery stores, downtown, midtown, schools, Metro train. The facilities are good inside the complex: fitness room, room for relaxing or host receptions/parties, and the pool. The apartment are confortable et well designed. The maintenance is very helpful and the service is quick. They are very professional. I indubitably recommend this complex.

Camden Travis is a great place to live. I highly recommend the community. They have an awesome staff (leasing & maintenance) that are always willing to help!
