My roommate was living here with her former roommate and she left back home to San Antonio so I jumped in on the lease. We went to fill out the paperwork in the office and the lady who BARELY speaks english couldn't find the right form to use. I called to get an air filter and they had run out so we didn't get one for a good 2 weeks later. I hate dealing with the office because the lady there is so ignorant! My roommate's car has gotten broken into. There is no security and no gates. The apt itself is pretty big for a good price.

MY BOYFRIEND AND I WERE ATTACKED AND HE WAS VICIOUSLY BEATEN IN THE PARKING LOT.THE OUTDOOR LIGHTS HAD BEEN NOT WORKING FOR A WEEK.MYSELF AND NEIGHBOURS HAD CALLED TO COMPLAIN ON AT LEAST 5 OCCASIONS AND THE COMPLAINT WAS IGNORED.IT WAS PITCH BLACK IN THE PARKING LOT AND WE WERE ATTACKED AS WE CAME HOME FROM WORK BY 3-4 MASKED GUYS WITH GUNS.WE WERE ROBBED AND ARE NEVER RETURNING TO THIS HELL HOLE AGAIN.I FIRMLY BELIEVE HAD THE LIGHTS BEEN FIXED THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TO US.OH AND THEY EXPECT US TO PAY THEM A FULL MONTHS RENT IN ORDER TO MOVE OUT!DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE...ALSO THERE HAS BEEN APTS WITH SMASHED OUT WINDOWS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR 5 MONTHS NOW.THERE ARE NO GATES AND NO SECURITY OF ANY TYPE

After 5 years here, we've been thru 6 managers and on a second owner. He's Nigerian and a corrupt owner.<br>Management acts like bullies, backed up by the owner who pretends he's there to help, but is more crooked than a politician.<br> We're done here, it's not a family oriented place anymore. They wiull attempt to nickel and dime you for evry dollar they can get, as well as violate renter's rights, if you don't know what they are. <br> Be afraid, be very afraid.

I am a current resident with my fiancee and two children Aiden and Kyren. We have been living here since March of 2003. We have enjoyed our stay here and hope that we can be long time tenants. Since the new management has taken over we have noticed a considerable change for the better and your efforts to make living more enjoyable have not gone unnoticed. Before new management took over he could never get anything done and there was a time where we did not have AC for two days but the joy that the maintenance crew has given us and the people at the office, well there is no way I can ever repay you except to say Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. It has not been in vain.
