This apartment complex is roach infested. Maintenance is very lazy. The office staff lies and also the --- manager is lazy. Also they will evict you illegally. They will put a lock on your door if you owe them 2.00. The --- manager sits on her --- and lies about putting in maintenance request. I have been here 2 months and I am moving out. I have find something much better and not roach infested. Oh and let me not forget water is constantly shut off for 2 days at a time. Office does not inform residents. So I called the City Of Houston and made a complaint on them so now they are mad. The manager blowing up my phone which I care less..Ha I' m moving. Also the townhomes thats in the back are run with criminal, gangs, drugs, and ratchet ppl. Be careful they come on this property and do whatever they want. The kids are ------ and so are their parents. They break into your cars. This neighborhood is for ----------------. Be careful this us not a place to raise your kids...

This complex is now known as Bella Vista--I couldn't find it anywhere else on here; however, the address matches the complex I walked around. Amazing how there are no reviews on this complex since 2008...I've visited the complex myself: NO THANKS! Broken gates, wildlife (dogs, cats, evidence of raccoon), broken screens and windows, nobody in the office, no answer to calls, distinct smell of someone smoking meth... I could go on, but I think you get the point. TL;DR: avoid this place, it suxorz.

I lived here and I can say one thing- this place is ok! Advise ( dont live in the back apartment) The front of these apartments are the BEST!! Although there is roaches.. Nobody really bothers you here unless you stay inthe middle or back of these. Listen really godd to me.. i pomise you the front of these by leasing office, is the best location to stay...

I have to admitt when I first moved here I had some ISSUES. They had so many diffrent managers here like 6 managers for the first 6mnths I was there, the maintenance sux & roaches were bad wether you are a clean person or not...the new manager Ms.Jackie is allright as far as buisness (she can be funny sometimes I've gotten into it with her once or twice) She's been the longest lasting manager since I lived there, she changed Exterminators which helped with the roache issue, maintenance is much much quicker. I did have an issue with them returning my deposit but I wrote a lil letter to the Renter's ---. & that fixed the problem rite up & got my money back. I know that this place isn't that nice but as far as safety I have NEVER had any issues (coming from a single mother of 2) It seems bad bcuz of those people from Meadow on the Mews but really I have NEVER had any issues these apt could use some new appliances but other than that its pretty quiet at night (for these apts) very convienent McDonalds, Burger King,Chinese, Subway ect ect are in walking distance....location here is GREAT

I stayed at this place with a roommate. This apartment is a ------. Gangs of different ages rule this place. Not safe if you are going to stay with a family. Have seen guns, drug-deals and gang violence on this property. Actually my advice would be not to rent in this area (any apartment in the surrounding). I still have friend in this apartment and he is not going to wait for the end of the lease.

Hi my sister live in Ashford park Apts and the owner of the property wont take care of anything and she pay her rent on time she always complaine about the leak,A/C,water heater and the maintess never show up to fix it they alawys fix everything wrong and when they come they say the owner has to order the supplies which they never recived it because he does not pay the bills we have been complaing and nothing happened we need help he just taking rent from us and the rest of the resident and never fix anthing for any one.They never pick the trash on time trash is every where smel really bad when you walk the parking is a nightmare no lights out side the bildings we can not walk outside because its really dark.

You want a good laugh? Look at the model pictures under Ashford Park's website. They are fictious. They don't exist. I heard from the leasing agent the owners paid someone to get him the photos. This is so illegal. The property is up for sale currently because of the crooked owners. Go look at the properties models, oh I am sorry, they dont have one. The units that are shown smell, bad carpet, trashy residents, drug dealers across the street in the middle of the day, owner walking around looking like a pimp daddy. It is a disgraceful place and you dont want your kids or yourself in the apartment complex. TRUST ME

There is a lot of foot traffic through here. A picture is worth 1000 words, drive through here around 5-6pm and see thugs and gangbangers walking around, mainly from the apartment houses near by. Roll down the windows and smell the funk, especially by the kid's playground, where teens can be seen loitering at night. Staff changed so many times, and the maintenance is bad. The owner looks and acts like a pimp, so if you're a female, beware.

I worked there for owner and was not paid for last two weeks of employment. His bills are unpaid and collections where outstanding. I had Texas Workforce contact the office, plumbing companies, carpet companies, past employees and others wanting their money. He is EVIL in every aspect. Please don't live here.

Oh my goodness, if you read the two messages below about the lady taking over her friend's apt after her roomate movved to San Antonio, don't believe a word. Also there is a second message that talks about a girl and her boyfriend getting beaten in the parking lot, same there also, don't believe a word. I know that girl and she's distraught because she was evicted for leud behavior. She is writing these things to try and get back at the management who sincerely tried to help her with her problems. The property is fantastic and is having alot of new features added, some of which is $100k worth of landscaping, security cameras all over the project, remodeling the office/club house, so the project is one of the finest in Houston to say the least. The part about "No Gates", go ahead drive by and you'll see them standing tall and sharp. This place is safe and a true example of Luxury Apartment living ! I would suggest to all that you come by check the place out if you're thinking of moving. Some People ! Get a life would ya !
