The 2 star rating is given because the actual apartment space was beautiful otherwise I would have given a 1 rating. Multiple car break-ins. Management response - send an email; no solution such as hire security Dog park is basically any area with grass, including the courtyard. Multiple emails to the office regarding this. Management response - all areas can be used as long as the owner picks up after the dog (which they do not). During your tour, they will tell you one of the amenities is receiving mail packages for you and emailing you when you have a package - this pretty much stopped happening all together. Gas grills are not kept clean and often do not have gas. Do not expect to have gas during a holiday. Do not expect to have maintenance on grounds during a hurricane. Fend for yourself (as experience during Harvey) The management response I loved best was to address the frat party groups at the pool. They asked all tenants to pick up their pool wrist bands which would identify you as a resident and you are allowed only 2 guests per resident. Great way to address the issue - punish all residents as opposed to addressing the issue directly. Garage - it is a very tight space to drive in. Other residents drive CRAZY in the garage so creep around each corner or you will have a head on collision. If you care about trash on the ground, such as in the stairwells and garage, you will want to buy your own trash can to place outside in hopes that people will use it. Multiple requests to management to place a trash can at each door in the garage/stairwell -- never happened. Just a few of the details here of what was experienced but as another reviewer wrote, the management of the property is either very green at managing a property or just does not care.

I'm super happy here. The only thing is that lately the cleaning in the common areas and the gym is bad. There's no towels in the gym and smells super bad. But everything else is awesome! I have the most beautiful view from mi apartment.

Our community manager is the best. Not only she is attentive, but friendly and cater to everyone around her. She runs a very detailed office and makes sure every resident is happy, we are lucky to have her.

I have enjoyed living here. I feel that I am safe living here and have always felt that the office staff are helpful and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and the gym is well kept. The only thing that aggravates me is that when I arrive home late, there is rarely ever a parking place for me on my floor. The maintenance workers here are helpful and punctual with anything I have ever needed to be completed. I can hear neighbors fighting and making noises... however that is what you get when you live in an apartment complex anywhere.

Love our apartment, amenities and location! Contrary to previous comments I have read on different sites, the staff is super friendly and responsive. Maybe they have changed staff or policies, but we have been treated very well. Only negatives: the closets are small and the walls are very thin all around.

This is a terrible apartment complex run by incompetent management. They fool you with granite counter tops but everything about it is bad. It is new and already falling apart. People let their dogs poop in the hallways and it doesn't get cleaned up for weeks...indoors...Our neighbors played loud music for 3 months and despite everything we did it was never fixed. Then our neighbor threatened me for calling the police on a noise complaint and we were not allowed to break our lease. WORST PLACE EVER. NOT SAFE NOT SECURE. They always conveniently "forget" the problem you are having after you talk to them so you have to reintroduce the ongoing issue every time you talk to them.

Good place. Like the amenities. Located in an excellent area near everything we need. Little bit noisy but is normal in an apartment complex. And most important, I feel save and secure.

Excelent place to leave Modern Friendly employees Clean

This place exhibits all the nightmares people dread in complex staff, grounds, safety, noise, and etc. It is distasteful and disgusting to find that the management replies to all complaints and thoughtful reviews with a "copy and pasted" response. Wake up, it is 2017 you have to actually work and serve your residents! It sucks but that is what your responsibility is, plain and simple. Working on the paperwork to gtfo of here.
