So obviously, this is just my opinion, but I'll keep it a stack with anybody looking for a spot to live at that's a good mix of boujie and affordable...this is it. Shouts to the amenities. Shouts to the staff. Shouts to Lanisha. And shouts to God for helping me find this place. Y'all take it easy.

I moved here in 2021, and at the time, it truly lived up to the positive reviews a safe, well-kept place ideal for single women. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the property has drastically declined. Management changes haven’t helped, and the current leasing consultants are often rude and unprofessional. The grounds are poorly maintained, with trash and dog waste frequently left unattended. It feels like the property has been neglected, and the overall quality of living has taken a serious hit. Over the past few months, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with the front office leasing team. Lanisha’s customer service has been consistently poor—often dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, team lead Patrick doesn’t set a better example, which likely influences the overall lack of professionalism in the office. That said, replacing Von was a positive change. The new team member (fair-skinned with curly brown hair) has been incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative in her short time here. There’s clear room for improvement, especially in leadership and customer service. Residents deserve respectful and responsive support from the leasing team. Save your money pick a different community if you can but if you are looking for convivence this is it

Please note that all the negative reviews are from 4 years ago. Since that time the quality of the residents, as well as the community, has risen dramatically. It's a lovely place to live and, for a single woman, it is very safe. I have been here over 4 years and have never had an issue that remained unsolved. When one lives in an apartment they need to realize that everyone else is calling this place home too, and they also have rights within the boundaries of the lease. When they say it is luxury living in the ads, it is. Any issue is dealt with very quickly from an under-counter light replacement to an appliance repair. All the tenants are especially nice to one another. For apartment living, one cannot find a better solution for a home.

Supposed to be moving next month, and so far the process has been very smooth. Mary in the leasing office has been very helpful with all of my questions. When asking her questions about the property she was very transparent

Lived here for almost 3 years and it's been great with no issues. The team is very helpful and takes care of any concerns i may have. I love the location as it is pretty much close to everything around the Galleria area. Great amenities and great people.

Love our apartment and the apartment complex. Only problem is noise coming from the upstairs neighbor (at very inconvenient times, like in the middle of the night). Other than that, we're pretty satisfied. Staff is also very friendly.

I am very happy with the upkeep of the apartment. The environment is wonderful and the neighborhood is so nice. The one thing I would say is the upkeep of the gym could be a little better. I love the extra things the company does for the residents

My move in went very smoothly except I didn't realize that I needed a cashier's check and I was having a bit of difficulty getting my credit card accepted into the system. I was panicking a bit since it was Saturday. Jerrica came to the rescue and all was well; it was just a bit frustrating, initially. I'm sure I was told about the check situation, but I had so much on my mind it didn't register. I think I'm going to really love it here,

I love everything about 2626! The staff are VERY nice, will work with you through your whole moving process. The apartment appearance itself is beautiful, interior & exterior! Amenities are convenient. There is not a lot of noise where I'm located. I live near the pool side so it sounds like I'm living near a waterfall lol. Awesome!

I just renewed for the second time and can't believe that I'm going in on 3 years at 2626 Fountainview, the longest I've stayed at an apartment complex. Let me tell you, they must be doing something right!
