Excellent communication with residents about maintaining the community and changes needed during the time of painting is very helpful. Also the maintenance staff is quick to fix issues. My experiences have been within 24 hours. I certainly appreciate living in this complex and would highly recommend it.

They have been so sweet and helpful with everything and anything I’ve ever needed. If they aren’t available and I leave a message they always respond at a reasonable time or I call back at a later time and reach them.

I don’t think it would be nice to share my experience with the community. I moved in few days ago and haven’t unpacked. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the apartment that required repairs from day one, including bathroom exhaust fan, cockroaches in the kitchen and smells.

So far everything is good in general except the carpets are old and dirty, gates and fire exits are always broken, amenities are not updated. I hope they’ll have a monthly gathering for everyone. I hope theyll also bring back the food trucks every Tuesday.

The staff at Residences At Gramercy is outstanding. They always have a smile on their face and offer to assist you with any needs you may have. Besides the team, the apartment is always in great shape and the amenities offered are amazing for conducting business meetings, hosting private events, getting a workout in at the gym, or just hanging out in pool room.

The problems with the elevators in the South building are ridiculous. The elevators have been a problem, off and on, since I moved in. On four occasions recently I have had to walk up four flights of stairs. Two of those times I was carrying large objects and groceries. The elevator issue needs to be cleared up ASAP.

The staff of Gramercy is wonderful. Some great folks. However, it is clear that upper corporate management gives them zero support with regard to capital expenses as the pool has been out of commission for months and it is rare to have both elevators working and now it has been over a week without a single elevator. This is unacceptable. As a result, our packages are left in the lobby, which is not secure.

While the location and layout of the apartment are very good, they have a real issue with external maintenance( not because of the staff, who do what they can with the poor resources) and cleaning of the common areas. You may feel dog urine odor at the hall front door because residents do not respect the community, and management can not do much. There is no care with landscaping either. Elevators are out of service frequently. Overall, this building needs a lot of improvement.

Good experience; very nice apartment. The deafening fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the building since we moved in September 5th. No fire so far. Seems like you don’t need to wake up 2 building’s full of people if the situation is not an emergency. It’s needlessly disruptive.
