Exceeded my expectations!! Great staff and nice community. I feel extremely safe and completely comfortable in my apartment and I would highly recommend anyone to live here. All of the residents are also very friendly and welcoming.

my main issue is the fact that corridors and stairways by the parking are filthy and not clean. on the 4th floor corridor i find many times pools of dog-pee that were left for days without being cleaned. the stairway is filled with trash and there are lots of trash in the parking - since there are no trash cans anywhere - many visitors come and just leave their trash on the ground. this is very disturbing

I was extremely frustrated by not having a working refrigerator/ freezer for the first 6 weeks living here. Once it was finally replaced, it was with another fridge from a filthy apartment and brought a cockroach infestation into my unit. How happy would you be with that? Enough said.

Im putting this here to have a more recent review of the apt since 5/5 has definitely not been my experience here. My apt was broken into twice at Apt told it was my fault by management even though the apt next to mine also had the screen ripped off. There is clearly a security problem the homeless next door hanging out at Walgreens. Management said it must be personal why we kept getting robbed even though there was a guy flashing the women at the apt. Took 3 days to get my gate code changed.

We're enjoying the apartment complex so far, however at the moment a lot of our appliances and small aspects of our apartment are not functioning. It is a shame because they are things like blinds, A/C, shower heads, sinks, etc. Things that should have been taken care of before any one would move in, but the maintenance guys are pretty great (very quick response times)! I hope these little things get taken care of, and that our joyful experience here gets taken care of. Also the residents here need to be responsible and clean up after their pets, it stinks in a lot of places.

Leaks in the roof. Loud neighbors because of thin walls. High crime rate area. Expensive. And terrible service from people that work in the front office. I talked with them just after I moved out and they were very unpleasant and impolite!!!

I'm getting out when my lease is up! If you are white and American, I wouldn't live here. Indian Village!!!!! Scared to death of dogs (small, medium or large). The worst apartment complex I have every lived in. 3 owners in 1 year, 3 managers - latest one is rude and unprofessional. Horrible landscaping (can you spell ROCKS!) Maintenance slow. Very dog unfriendly.

I have been Living in this apt for 8 months so far, comapared to what im paying this is the worest apt I ever lived in. I Had leak on my Kitchen they didnt fix it until after 3 days so it messed up the whole palce. Previous management was much much much better, new manager is very bad she is always sitting on her appartment and keeps the out of office sign in the door. If you recive mail in the main office good luck to pick it up. their parking space is supper tight. and whenever it rains the whole apprtment gets flooded (only outside) , then you need a boat to get into your apt because they never clean their swer system. last time they took care of landscaping probably was 10 years ago you can see the tree roots above ground.I dont recommend it at all....the only good thing about it is the location..closed to everything other than that it is horrible

I have lived here for 6 months and love it! I moved in from out of town on very short notice. The apt. manager was so AWESOME and worked with me and my husband to make sure we got in on time. She and her maintenance staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are so pleased to be here....

I have called Times Square home for nearly five years and it is my community. I have neighbors that I know and like and management that has always been good to me and met my needs in a timely manner with few exceptions. The place felt like home when I first toured it and that feeling is still present. It is a reasonably well put together complex and I have no complaints about the construction. There are full-size washer/dryer units in the apartments and that is a must for me as I just loathe laundramats. The garbage is picked up at our door five days a week and the shrubbery is kept cut back from the walkways. There are a pretty good number of security lights and the complex is generally very quiet, you wouldn't know that you're in the middle of Houston. In a few months I will have to transfer for my job and will have to leave this place I call home, but I REALLY don't want to go. I'm happy here and the next place I hang my hat will have a big pair of shoes to fill.
