I wouldn't recommend this community as the rent is super high and its not worth the penny. If you take a look at the neighbouring apartments of mid rise style , you can see the apartments looks better and less rent. So please make sure to do your apartment hunting before ending into this place.

I have lived at The Marq on Voss for 2 years and I love it! My apartment is beautiful and the community is always well maintained. The front office staff is always super friendly! It is in a great location as well!

The location and amenities are nice. The staff, especially the front desk rent management, were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend not moving here based off the front office alone. The online portal was terrible and the my rent due amounts were always wrong. I would always have to call the front desk to ask questions about my rent statements and the staff would cut me and off and be rude. One staff member called me stupid over the phone because they had made a mistake on my rent payments. I finally got fed up and wanted to pay out of my contract, it was extremely difficult and the front office would just ignore my messages and emails. Do not sign a lease at this apartment. The front office is full of the rudest people on the planet.

My husband and I have been living here for the past 4 years and it has been quite nice. The residents are fine and the staff is friendly and courteous. I wanted to point out a specific person who has made living here as good as it could be and that is Luis, the Maintenance Director. I've called on him many times through out the years and he has always been friendly, understanding, and thorough on all the jobs he completed. I think he is valuable asset to Marq on Voss and wanted to give him some recognition.

The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had any issues with my apartment, but I know that if I do, they will take care of it promptly. I love the layout and design of my apartment. The other residents have always been nice and friendly.

There are very few occasions that I have written reviews but this one is well deserved. Being a resident of this community has been an incredibly pleasant experience from the moment I moved in. The entire staff from Management to the Maintenance team is incredible...Karla, Stephanie and Shiza run the office very smoothly. They are courteous, professional and always make it a priority to interact with the residents. This is a place I love to call home...and you will too!

Living in these apartments since January 2018 and I must say the location of these apartments are ideal. The shopping strip is at walking distance especially Kroger and Ross. The only complaint I have is the maintenance of the dog park which I can't blame the staff as it's the residents who don't keep up with the cleanliness but overall the apartment complex is always well maintained.

Moved here from a townhome and absolutely love it. Very conveniently located off westheimer with shopping and restaurants all close by. Community is gated and secured well with fob access. Garage, hallways, pool, etc are all well maintained. Great spaces for residents with gym, pool, courtyards, dog park, etc. I would recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for great value and benefits.

The house is great! View and areas are great! But the payment system is kinda terrible! It has delay or something! One month i had to pay my rent 3 times so it can go through! And then i had to get return for the 2 times i had to pay extra! So my bank charged me and then someone from office called me that they're going to charge me also because they had to return the money! This is all bank stuff it happens but the way the gentleman from office treated me didnt feel good at all!!!

Only complex on the Westside of Houston that has reasonable rent rates for the location size amenities and finishes. Super convenient to all that Houston has to offer. Ample amount of visitor parking. A large majority of Staff is Friendly and cares enough to service their residents with a smile and expedient resolution to issues. Mary Manages an awesome team! Amenities are upkept and maintenance has a 24 hour guarantee that they stand by! I've renewed here once and am considering renewing again.
