I'm sure anyone saying anything positive about this place is the management. Yes, it's one of the more affordable places in the area, but you're sacrificing your peace of mind and safety by living here. My car was stolen out of the parking lot within a few months of moving in. After informing the management about this and requesting they install video cameras, I was told it wasn't plausible. A few months later, my apartment was broken into in broad daylight. It took nearly a month for the complex to fix my door! This was after day in and day out calling them and asking someone to come replace the door. The lack of emotional empathy they displayed for my natural insecurity after such a breech of privacy took place was appalling. Within a couple of months my upstairs neighbor had her apartment broken into. In her case, there were no forced entry marks left on the door, leading us to believe it was an inside job. In fact, I know of no fewer than six people who've had their apartments or garages broken into while living here. In my opinion it's someone who works with Tuscany, especially since the break-ins happen when we're out at work during the middle of the day. If you live here, your apartment will be broke into eventually. It's almost a guarantee.

I have lived here for a year now. I received my renewal letter, and granted no one is ever "happy" about an increase. I decided to look around in the Galleria area to make sure I was not over paying or if there was a better deal. For what I pay, its a great deal! Less then a mile up the street is a place just like what I live in and they wanted $130 more! Yes, they had a dog park and a few tennis courts, but I don't use that. My apartment is quiet and never hear anyone around me. Someone just moved in above me and hardly heard them. Management just painted the building which helps ALOT and they do a great job of getting maintenance out. Sometimes it is a little slow and might take an additional phone call but everyone there always seems to help out in anyway they can. I go to the office every month to pay rent and whoever is in there always has something funny to say or a way to brighten your day a bit. Makes paying the rent a little easier. Bottom line: If you want a nice, quiet, clean apartment for the best price around the Galleria this is it. Its not luxury, but its good apartment and so far no complaints with management.

Worst maintenance ever, no one is ever at the leasing office to answer calls, and no one returns calls.

I have been here few months now and like living here, its good location and sqft for the price i am paying. The inside of the apartment is pretty clean(they just repainted the outside as well),i like the crown molding and the fireplace:) My only problem is this and i hope the management reads and does something about it. There is no office here ,they have a small leasing room which does not accept your mail boxes etc since its open only a few hrs each day for showing prospective tenants around. so for me the only thing that i don't like is the lack of a front office where u can walk in and pick up your mail/packages etc. I don't like going to the Tuscany Court leasing office all the way to Augusta ln to pick my packages.

This place is fantastic. The location is perfect with tons of things to do just minutes away. Hidden gems like dumpling king and nicer places like Winetopia surround my apartment. I appreciate the easy access it allows to the galleria without having to spend the extra money. Been there and trust me the extra 5 minutes I drive to save $400/mo is welll worth it. It would be nice to have someone on property all of the time, but the issues don't come often enough to warrant a complaint. I will say that having an issue with the gate so close to westheimer creeps me out a bit. I prefer the gate closed and only my neighbors having access.

I am planning to move in here. You get the best even though the price is high.

I promised a review at my move out, fortunately I am pleased with the level of service received while here. I never had an issue like some of the people before me, but i didn't really do anything to cause an issue - maybe i got lucky. The apartment itself was nice, the complex extremely small and quiet. Location was absolutely perfect and my original reason for stopping by over 2 years ago. Not once did i have to deal with management or corporate people and for that, it seems, i should be thankful. If i moved back to Houston, i would look at tuscany park again.

i went into the leasing office to thank them for having someone on the property and the leasing associate asked me if i would post a review. so herr goes: 1. this is a quaint small property . there are only a few buildings 2. the apartments are above average 3. office personnel are very helpful but theyre only there a half day in the afternoons, otherwise they are at the main tuscany office-- 4. maintenance is good 5. the floorplan I'm in is real cute....i have a wet bar and huge closet. 6. the exterior of building can use some paint Price is right for a 1 bedroom den.

This is by far the worst place I ever lived. When I first moved in there were invisible biting bugs in the apartment. I would awake to swollen face, fingers, arms and legs. Management did not handle the problem properly, so I had to bomb the place several of times and got rid of pests (at my expense). There were numerous of apt break-ins. My home was broken into as well as 4 of neighbors . There is no type of security cameras on property. The gates are not working most of the time. When they are they re extremely loud. Office staff is the worst, even for the simplest thing, they give you a big runaround and nine times out of ten they have a cheesy look on there face. The dump truck comes at 4 in morn and slams down compactor hard as possible to wake up tenants. The property is not maintain properly, paint chipping everywhere along with greasy spots and gum spots in breeze way. There is a strange guy with a small hat on head that patrols the property in the wee hours of the morning. They are full of termites. I found them in my window seal. There one good point I like to expose: they did give deposit back.

We moved into Tuscany Park 2 years ago and have received GREAT customer service from the office. Our heater went out last week and the guys came to fix it within a few ours. We are NOT going anywhere! Thank you Richdale for Tim and Gina!
