I have lived at the complex for 3 years now. ( YES I AM A RESIDENT) I can state that I've experienced an overall good experience with Arcadia. I would like to say Thank you to Sophie for always being polite, professional, courtesy and compassionate about my concerns. She is QUALITY FIRST!!! She's the Net Promoter for the complex. Excellent Customer Service. ( You can't teach ;s instilled, and she is compassionate about it!!! ) I would definitely reach out to her when you are ready to view the property. She will make your apartment hunting Extraordinary!!!! Michelle has been an Awesome heading up the staff. Michelle is always willing to take time to listen to concerns you may have and work diligently to resolve it quickly. I don't have too many problems with Maintenance issues. When I call and place an order it's normally filled in an considerable time. The Maintenance team is always willing to assist and complete orders in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease in January 2017 and I'm happy with my decision. Thank you again Sophie and Michelle for all you do keeping our community happy!!! K. Carson Resident since Feb 2014

As far SC office management I want to say Melissa is an outstanding person. she always help me whenever I needed something done maintenance why is there anything at the apartment. Arcadia at Westhimer was a pleasant place to live. The office staff and maintenance were always punctual with any request I had. There were times things had to be addressed after hours with no hesitation. I

I have stayed at Arcadia for a year. I haven't had any problems every time something needs fixed it done in a timely matter. I have has no issues with people hanging out in apartment complex. Overall Ita a great place to live.
