This complex doesn't deserve any type of rating, not even 1 star. Worst place I lived at ever and I only stayed for 6 months. New management does not care for their residents. They never did anything I listed on my inventory sheet when I moved in. My apt wasn't even ready when I moved in. The area is just bad period and not to mention nasty. My apt was Roach infested, I had very old worn out appliances that were rusted and corroded. The apt smelled really bad every single day and nothing I did to mask the smell helped. ( that was embarrassing when company came to visit). None of the smoke detectors worked. Careless neighbors are all over the complex and they are out and about at all times of the day. It took them a good month to replace my mailbox and give me a key, now my mailbox door won't close and my personal mail is exposed to the public. I would never recommend this complex to anyone, not even a stray dog. If your interested trust me you can find someplace better for the same price if not cheaper. This is a dead-end complex community and kids are not safe here either.

These apartment sucks. There is no parking at night. The building lights don't work I call someone to come fix my broken door. And it took them 11/2 months to come fix it. I would get stuck in my apartment and then when the office tells you "well give you a call back " they never do you will have to go up there to the office in person if you want something done about your situation. Dumpster is always full And visable . walls haves cracks and baseboards are damaged which allows roaches into your apartment. They say is under new management but yet they charge me more than my rent usually is. Pools aren't open only the one in the front office. Gates are always open. And they don't seem to care as much for the residents. Just don't move here its not safe for a family. Or anyone at that point.

Stay Away at all cost. I have had a on and off problem with my AC. My first month i went completely without AC. I have had to report them to the Houston Apartment Assoc. and BBB. They never replied. I will say that the emergency maintenance has been more help than the actual office but even some of them have refused to come out. Please Please if you can move elsewhere.

If you're looking to stay here dont! Our complains go un heard of nobody ever comes to fix anything. I've lived here for a few years now, first year had a 2 bedroom apartment above the show room, at nigth we kept hearing loud noises but never thought anything of it, next day we find out they broke into it and it happened more than once that year. They have a field with picnic tables and bbq pits but you can teven feel safe there, there's a lot of hoodrats and drug dealers asking anybody if they want to buy weed, pills, crack, cocaine. You name it they have it and they will literally follow you until they give you an answer. As for the neighbors most of them are dealers, we moved apts and literally the first day our neighbor asked us if we wanted to buy drugs from them. We have also found RATS inside our apartment and when we have gone to complain the office ppl make it seem like it walked in from the front door. We told them were exactly it came from since we our selves couldn't fix it because it was behind the dishwasher, it took the office more than 6 months to send someone to patch the hole, and when they did the worker broke our dishwasher and maintenance won't send anybody to fix it because they have to shut down the water to the building and I don't see why that's a problem if they're constantly turning off our water. Also the ac's don't work they cool at night and during the day it's as of we don't even have it on, for the ac to Flow through our apartment we have to close our bedroom vent completely or else it won't blow any to the rest of the apartment. Now we are dealing with roaches and maintenance has yet to send pest control. Also if you think your safe in your apartment and that the only ppl that can get in and leaving a note is maintenance then you wrong, you cant even trust maintenance that's the main reason I came to write this review today something in our apartment went missing there was no way of it going missing unless someone came it and took her while we were gone! No broken window or broken doors nothing she just went missing. Also your vehicles are not safe there's kids outside all the time messing with the cars or looking inside ppls cars they have caused dents and broken into and slashed people's tires then they try to act tuff when they get caught but then run the other way. The pool is never open and when it is its green... The laundry rooms smell or have water all over the floor washing machines don't work and dryers don't work. There's constant cars that speed around speed bumps and get into the wrong lane when they almost hit you they try and fight you wether you have a child in your vehicle or not. There's potholes that I don't feel safe driving over because of fear that my vehicle will get stuck there.

My family and I have lived in this complex for at least five years, and it sucks!!! Management changes every other month. My daughter's room has flooded twice. The first time it flooded it took them almost a month to even come look at the problem. After they so called repaired it, they never shampooed my carpet. Recently my air conditioning unit caught on fire. After all the water damage, I was promised they would shampoo my carpet. That has been exactly a month ago and they still have not shampooed the carpet. Now the leak in my daughter's room has returned. I have mold in both bed rooms, which I have reported. And nothing has been done about it. Every time I ask to speak with the manager he or she is never on property or available. If you are looking for a new place to call home, this is NOT it.
