Bedbugs came through the neighboring vacant vandalized apartment. Vacant for over a year with several trash bags in it. Drug addicts and homeless were staying in vacant apartment next door to me. Management would do nothing about it. Asked over and over again to help me and my neighbors but ignored my pleas for help. Back door was knocked down and Windows broken throughout apt unit. Still they would do nothing. Finally when they leased the unit contractors came and did renovation. Then make ready. Bedbugs came through the wall electrical outlet by the hundreds. Ruined everything I owned. But what hurt me tremendously was my little Rat Terrier started bleeding internally from bowels out of his rectum. They did nothing and I was on subsidized housing they did nothing. Caseworker said at least your moving in two weeks. You never move when invaded by bedbugs. First rule never move!!! No help and Slumlords are the WORST. Harris County Housing Authority KNOWS what they did but don't care either. How evil they all are. The Caseworker will get wants coming to her too. Shame on all of them.

I hate this community because the office staff never know anything or their doing the best to get the problems fixed maintenance never comes or act likes they can't speak English. I'm paying for water, trash, pest control but nobody have came to spray I have gnats roaches and broken dishwasher full of black water that had never been used might I add. I air conditioner is broken I have it on 70 but it's saying it's 82 degrees in my house maintenance says I don't need Freon so that means it's something else right? I will be sending letters and calling because tenants have rights and y'all are letting me out of the lease. I'm 35wks pregnant with 3other kids and we live in a dump second chance apt. Are not suppose to be this run down but y'all picked the right tenant to neglect. I wouldn't recommend these Apts to nobody and the pictures on the website is a ------- lie

I moved in March and nothing was ready windows was screwed shut, a/c wasn't working, no heater, toilet shakes side to side, dishwasher not working and etc electrical outlets in the kitchen is not working too and no matter how much time i use the app the maintenance guy keeps closing it out without coming to fix anything so I guess im on my own I just gotta make sure i pay rent huh? Im giving this place one more month if my stuffs not fixed by then ill move out but ill talk to my lawyer first before doing so or ill just straight up sue the apartment for putting me through too many stress with this. I pay my rent why you guys can't fix your appliances? This isn't fair at all. I would like to know the corporate number if possible

Worst Apartments EVER!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE they have exterminated (2x no help) !! i moved in 3/10/20 it's now 3/27/20 not 1 thing has been fixed !!! Paint all over the floors, wood floors are peeling up, called for emergency maintenance for water coming through my floor at 12pm it's now almost 4pm and no one has came or returned a phone call and the office is currently closed for walk in residences only phone calls !! I will be leaving a broken lease is worth getting out of this ------ roach infested apartment... DONT MOVE HERE it is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Office Staff,Management and maintenance or HORRIBLE also

BEFORE YOU RENT YOU MUST READ please please read before even thinking about renting at the graham apartments this is what happened to us..….we wanted to be on the east side of Houston for family and was at the graham for 3 weeks after a 2 year rental in another apartment with no problems or issues. I will go point by point of the events that took place you be the judge if this is what you the think of place of what you may call home...….the points and the things that are listed are all true nothing is made up....IT HAPPENED.... #1....1 day THE APARTMENT WAS NOT MOVE IN READY. after we moved in we had a flood and a hole in the shower that lasted 1 week after the maintenance team tried to fix the leak. They have maintenance but use other people to the jobs that they dont want to pay there own for... they do not fix tile but outsource the work to others to fix anything that comes up....which also brings up another point that is and was mold smell i think from the flood from Harvey the ravine is by the fence line so i believe that the apartments was flooded there extra paint thick paint put on the walls to hide the mold...…there was mold smell..... ok that was the apartment itself now lets move into a crazy thing and that is the apartment SECURITY home is where you lay your head lets go there.. #2 after 3 days we had the at&t people over to our home to install our wireless internet he was held at gun point and had his car stolen and he was robbed...….THIS IS CRAZY scary but true. this really happened. #3 lets talk about the graham staff in the office...….maybe the office manger is great to talk to maybe there is some concern and compassion with her with what happens to u in this crazy place everything is common place....but if you have a problem that is personal the staff in the office just look at you like this is common they just laugh at you and look at you like your crazy....like this isn't happening but really it is they make you think its you but really its the crime infested place like the graham....the police are there over and over again they told me its common that they come to this apartment... #4 ok YOUR CAR WILL GET BROKEN INTO yes yes it will happen to u everyone at the graham that I talked to gets there car broken into this was normal at the graham and again the staff at the office laughed at us as if you like your car getting broken into after it happens you find your self getting up in the middle of the night to check your car this normal at the graham BECAUSE THERE IS NO SECURITY TO PROTECT YOUR PROPORTY....they say the cameras work I dont think they do the management wants you to think they do. #5 do you like gun shots well after hours there is gun shots being fired and shootings that right shootings...………..its true.... #6 there is a police car there every day over everything from car robbery's to homicide the police say this common to see them at the graham... #7 there is young adults teenage kids jumping fences to get to the graham thats because of gang activity there is some wire in most places but over all they are out of control.... #8 after hours when the office is closed thats when the fun begins you take your life in your hands when you drive in and out not to mention the drug seen at the graham its an explosive place people come and go to get what they are looking for.... #9 no contact with upper management past office people pasted the property manger you can call and call no one returns your calls how sad you are you just dont care. in closing go somewhere where u can get peace and rest thank you for reading

I was interested in renting a unit with this property. I called three days in a row and left messages, with no one ever returning the call; very unprofessional! After reading the other reviews for this property, I think I'll pass!

I moved into one of the newly renovated 3 bedroom apartments in June 2018. The day I moved in I noticed water damage on the walls. I asked someone in the office did the apartment flood and was told it didn't. That was a big lie. My apartment floods every time it rain. Water comes from under the floor boards. I was 9 months pregnant sopping water off my bedroom floors ( while ordered to be on bed rest ) I have went into the office over 20 times and left work orders. They keep stringing me along saying they will fix it. They always say they have to call contractors. The contractor came 2 months ago and didn't touch the wall or do anything. One of the maintenance men said the sheet rock in the wall is bad and they will have knock the wall down and rebuild it. What's sad is I believe they are stringing me along until I move or my lease is up so it's time to call a lawyer. Another thing about this apartment is...we don't have a mirror in the restroom.

Things have been a little hard but 2 of the staff people here always try there best and get everything done! I do recommend staying here but also being patient with things and people! Thank you all!

With the killing that happened this week our children are unable to enjoy and play at the park as they should being the fact it happened that close to the playground very unfortunate. If you plan on moving here with family and small children I suggest to look elsewhere.

I do not recommend these apartments. The only good thing about these apartments are they will try hard to put in the apartment but once you get in they are through helping. Trying to get quick maintenance is impossible, you may have to wait 1 or 2 weeks to get maintenance to come and not fix anything. My apartment have electrical issues and they was in no hurry to come check on anything.
