So far so good. I know the trees around the perimeter of the buildings that needed to be trimmed - were trimmed with the reasoning of ‘fear of branches hitting the windows’ even though they were 4-5’ away from them-but the result has been awful. My electric bill has gone up due to lack of shade. The trees actually PROTECTED the building from debris and strong winds/rain. The last few rain storms have sounded like hurricanes and now we can all hear the freeway loud and clear. That’s my only complaint.

Best maintenance crew, led by Luis, and excellent management, led by Jackie. I appreciate their responsiveness. I hope to live here for several more years, as it is convenient to everything I do and feels safe, quiet, and friendly.

I moved in August 2023, and I love it here; it's nice and quiet. My first apartment was a one-bedroom, and it was small, so there was a two-bedroom available, and I have been here ever since. Residents are very friendly and considerate.

Have recommended to people seeking new home - always verbalize my great find .truly a comfortable home complex Kroger and trader joe are 1 bus away Astros also most all entertainment is easy to attend by bus. Doctors are bus n rail away. Church is 1 bus away. True I don't drive.

My apartment was broken into by a homeless man last June and he did considerable damage, both to my personal property and to my mental condition.This occurred at 6am on a Sunday morning & he tried to break down the door. When he could not gain entry thru the door he turned to the window leading to my bedroom & began breaking the glass. I was on the phone with 911 the entire time & they dispatched police. In the break in process, he cut himself & bled profusely on everything! Police subdued him in my bedroom closet & arrested him. This was the most traumatic experience of my life & maintenance and office staff were able to relocate me to another apartment.

Overall, good experience but my apartment is older and the tub is in very poor condition. My apartment also does not cool fast in warm or hot weather conditons. The price is just not worth it anymore. The location is great but not enough to make up for everything else. Neighbors smoke marijuana and it comes in through vents and makes my apartment stink. It takes a long time for hot water to come out of sinks. The microwave is old and small.

I'm really satisfied living at The Boulevard Apartments because it's a peaceful place to live. I have all the stores close to me and there are a lot of entertainment places to visit, besides the staff is really nice and helpful!!

An amazing apartment complex that feels like home. Laurie and Luis are always ready to help do anything to make your experience the best it can be. The quiet friendly attitude of all the tenants add a relaxed feeling to the entire complex
