AC is not cooling and has been reported multiple times, also according to the resident parking there no towing enforcement and there residents with non registered vehicles permit on resident parking and guest parking on the residential side as well and this property needs security instead of valid trash but other than this issues I am satisfied with my apartment and yes I always report suspicious/unethical activity that goes on the property with either leasing office and the police department to have our community safe.

all the years i live here the only problem that always is a problem is the air supply by the apartments that is control by. anything else been well served . some criminal incidents but i never experience any

The swat team has been here, my air conditioning never brings my house below 75 degrees at night and 79 degrees during the day. It's nice besides that. I would really like some one to fix my air condition. I've asked several times

I moved in Plantation apartments in May 2021. Leasing office professionals were wonderful and unit was ready on time. It is quiet and affordable for a location. 2 big issues: roaches & smell inside.

Nothing is done by management to handle unruly behavior, EXTRAORDINARILY loud noise (to include screaming in the middle of the night and slamming front doors like it's a hobby), and extremely concerning public nuisances of some residents that greatly negatively impacts other residents living experience (even after repeated complaints). The gate breaks every other week (Buy a new one it's a simple solution). I got charged 30 dollars because my blinds had maybe three small pieces broken off. This is almost like a built in charge because I'd love to find one resident in the entire complex who doesn't accidentally break these incredibly cheap, weak, plastic blinds during some point in their lease simply via existing.
