Bad experience. Using outdated air conditioning system. Roof was leaking which took over a month to fix. The the ceiling still hasn't been fixed. I'm tired of going to the office to complain. They say it'll get done but my ceiling is still WHITH A HOLE IN IT! DO I really have to go to HAA and see my old friends there?

Not so good, all summer long the main swimming pool was close due to poor maintenance. Entry driveway in very bad shape, needs to resurfaced. Inside my unit lot of humidity. Parking lot poor condition.

Overall my experience here has been just fine. Not great, not terrible(most of the time). The location is great and the rent rate is pretty good for the area. It's an old complex and it shows in some parts of the apartment. The appliances are old but work fine. The biggest issue I've had for the entire time I've been here is the AC. During some of the hottest times of the year, it just doesn't work. I've submitted several work requests and only once have they come and do anything about it that I could tell. The AC unit itself isn't located in the unit so I don't even know if they've done any work on it and they don't let me know further than saying the maintenance request has been completed. It's been a frustrating experience and has made living here a bit difficult during the hot months here. The office staff is ok but sometimes hard to reach and/or get answers to questions. Overall my time here has been fine but there is definitely room for improvement.

Location via this building is fine it's located near to galleria,which is good for those who works around galleria,bit plumbing is the all time big issue , a quite old building so infrastructure and furnituing is quit old.

It's good. Not great but good. I live on a first floor so every time it rains hard for a long period of time I get anxious because the water comes up to the door level. The water accumulates in the garden. As far as the maintenance it's been great because the maintenance guys come in and fix things in my kitchen or bathroom really quick and courteous. The pool has been dirty (green water) a couple of times this summer. I love that they gated the community and the mail area and that now we can get our packages from the code lockers. The laundry areas are clean. In my area there is a washing machine that has been smashed. The neighbors are courteous. The garden in front of my living room window is beautiful.

My 5 years experience in this apt is mostly positive. They clean the pool daily , the vallet trash consistently pick in up, even it's galleria area the apt is so quiet. There's a negative part of it tho need to fix the apt road

Overall the Complex is good. There are things that must be improved. Garage is dark. Sometimes Manager says that she are not able to do something when a problem is reported. There are frequent issues with the mail as well

overall was ok for the money, maintenance was ok at best as they are very slow and understaffed and most of the time was the next day at the earliest with a reply regardless of the 24-hour line ... be aware...

my experience while getting the paperwork/approved was amazing. unfortunately as with some customer service situations, workers are extremely polite and courteous ...until the job is done. While this complex is in a very amazing location, The staff is very poor when it comes to cooperation and assisting you when you have issues inside the complex. It is very disheartening when you go to the office because you have an issue with mail or anything for that matter and they short talk you and close the door in your face. Needless to say I cannot wait until my lease is up. I don't care how big my bedroom is (One of the things I loved most about this apartment ) the service here is not worth my money.
