I am having a great time staying at park at Voss. The management is good . The community is a great place for kids with lots of fun activities like swimming pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, sand park , swings etc. Every month there are events organized by the CARES team which are awesome. Every thing is nice and friendly staff. Safe for families and great amenities for the people. Monthly events are held by Cares team and are fun. Great location and lots restaurants close by and close to the grocery stores.

I like the community because of the play area for the kids and the swimming pool that is rear round. It's great they have events to help us know new people around the community. My family and I live here and feel safe.

Park at Voss has a great staff and works to help with any needs. They have a great community outreach with events like a fall festival and a Christmas lunch where all residents are invited (all for free) and they had some live singing, a nice lunch and family pictures, always having a raffle with good prizes and great kid's craft activities. It's a nice family community. I saw some poor ratings when I came on here and I noticed many are older. So it makes me wonder if they changed management? A lot has been or is being refurbished within the buildings and much is being upgraded. I really like the staff and I haven't had the problems listed on some other reviews. I do like the area and feel having the gated entrance helps. The gate broke down once but they got it happen as with home ownership etc...nothing is perfect. We've met a lot of nice people and I can tell they are really trying to promote a close community setting with caring activities that are run and promoted by a very nice husband and wife team. So far, it's a good atmosphere to live in.

This is a great community to live. They have got very good amenities inside the apartment community. They got tennis courts , Gymnasium and lot more. The cares team conducts some parties during the festival seasons which is great opportunity to meet each other families in the community. We are feeling great to be in this community.
