Just moved in today killed 3 roaches cant sleep tonight i have to move my staff out but where? before they get infested. Unaccepted management tells me to wait for monday i cant even sleep in my first night home cant use kitchen why do i need an aoartment for?

ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES OF MY LIFE!! Apartment complex is full of roaches and worms. When you ask management, they will say worms & roaches are everywhere in this apartment complex. They were in my living room, bedroom, bathroom BEFORE MOVE IN. All you will get is weekly or bi-weekly pest control which DOESN'T HELP. If you want to move to different unit, GOOD LUCK!! If you succeed tell us all about it. Appliances are poor quality but rest assured, your neighbor might be having even worse than yours so BE HAPPY. No SECURITY. Many break-ins, stuff stolen from patios, cars.

Hello, please take care of this horrible situation that has happened to me in this house. I have not seen anywhere else since I saw the beetle in this house and it is not possible for it to live here at all. I had asked them to come and take care of them, but this way I can't even want to go home. I had been traveling for a week and when I got home I saw some very strange insects that I couldn't sleep in and I had to stay out of the house. Please do something for this house because I don't want to go here anymore.

zero for staff and maintenance. Overpriced. Pathetic and arrogant people at reception The reception team will not listen to u at all and will try every possible way to make u angry The manager here is also no different, she is also not helpful and unreachable

This apartment was cockroach infested, I had maintenance done as a band-aid fix which stemmed to more issues with cockroaches and mold/mildew, children run the halls and vandalize apartment exteriors- including terrorizing my dogs, upstairs maintenance was not properly ventilated and my dogs were poisoned, my car was broken into under a parking lot lamp while HPD was on duty (not to mention the 100s of people walking the parking lot) with no help from security footage or the leasing office, and my car was backed into with no help from security footage or the leasing office. The staff is terrible- the leasing agents are incapable of assisting properly and the management team is absolutely rude. There needs to be a clean up in each apartment and the employees. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I am a current resident and this has been the worse complex ive ever lived at. During the hurricane my AC went out and I contact the building 5 days straight to get my AC fixed. On top of that my garbage disposal was broken. After 7 days I finally got my AC fixed, but they didn't fix my garbage disposal. Not only that my apartment has mold in it and they still have yet fixed that problem. I have complained multiple times and nothing has been fixed. The staff and maintenance people are friendly but it takes them weeks to get anything done. The halls ways are old looking and run down along with the smell of curry throughout the whole complex. Not to mention the roaches I find on a daily bases.

Any 5 star review of this place is a lie. For the most part the community is quiet but the complex itself is disgusting. As I was leaving, the quality of tenants was decreasing, the crime was increasing, and the complex was starting to feel unsafe. The front staff are extremely rude and the place is cockroach infested. Two buildings were without power for an entire weekend, Friday-Sunday, in the summer and all the front staff said was call the electric company yourself. I would recommend living anywhere else you possibly can.

I have lived here a few months now with my boyfriend. While it's not a nightmare living here, I'm glad it's only a 9 month lease we signed. Cons: -I'm disappointed in the quality of the finishes. We got the upgraded unit and while it looks nice from a distance, the details seem kinda slapped-on. (For example, the tub/shower area was just painted over with heavy-duty white paint - ugh). -If you like a family-feel to your community, this might be your jam. That is not the case for me. Lots of kids crying and running about. -We were excited about the ping pong lounge and bought paddles and everything, but every time we go to use it, it's locked. When I asked the staff about it, they said they had to keep the hours the same as office hours because of people mistreating it. They didn't notify tenants of this. We've been back during office hours and it's still locked. So frustrating. -top floor of the parking garage is blocked off when they have special events in their party room. Annoying. -security is not great - the car gates seem pretty pointless. Sometimes they are just left open. People leave the pedestrian gate (near the office) open with large rocks instead of using their access card. I've seen a girl just squeeze through the bars of the gates on multiple occasions. -roach problem that was apparent the day we moved in. Spraying seems to have made it better. An occasional one pops up here and there. And there are these weird tiny little dead worms that show up on the floor/carpet here and there. No clue what that's about but at least they're dead. Pros: -our unit is very close to the laundry room, which is open 24/7. So convenient. Also like that you can use credit/debit cards and have the option to get a cash card. -I like the package hub. And haven't had any problems receiving over-sized packages from the office. -The pool is nice (the jacuzzi doesn't function properly though). -maintenance issues have been resolved quickly for the most part (our AC issue took a few visits) -love the open layout of the apartment (we're in the Uptown), though storage space in the kitchen is a bit strained. Oh, and the open bathroom sink area is a little weird. We had to put curtains up so I wouldn't disturb my boyfriend as I get ready in the morning (he wakes up an hour later than me). UPDATE 1/2/19: I now can't stand living here. The roach problem has only worsened. It's disgusting. We've had numerous maintenance issues with water leaking. They haven't been resolving it quickly. My boyfriend's car was broken into a few months ago and his bicycle was stolen off our patio in broad daylight a few days ago. I can't wait for our lease to be over.

If you see anything over a 2 star of this place then that person is being paid to write that review. The cockroach infestation alone should condemn the place. I feel sick all the time, this place is disgusting. Be careful because the office staff will try to lie and tell you that their lease ends at the end of the month and not the date you signed your contract, so they'll try to add another 15+ days onto your lease unwillingly. Front office staff is unperfessional, maintenance is terrible, and the valet trash does not pick up my trash 95% of the time. We pay a "pest control" fee when the pest guy hasn't been here in months. The man told me the complex told him not to come back for a while. They "fix" mold with spray paint, foundation crack? Spray paint. Broken gate? Let's pad lock it shut! Do not live here. It's over priced and not worth it. They will show you a nice show room, which is not what your apartment will look like whatsoever. The front office is the nicest part in the whole complex so don't be fooled. The parking here is miserable and they do not offer parking spots. I low key hope a natural disaster takes the place out or health services closes the place as residents should not be occupying it. Whoever is managing this complex needs to be replaced.

Park at Voss was safe for my children! We enjoyed nearby infrastructure with groceries shops, restaurants, buses and other things! I love well renewed luxury fitness center with all necessary equipment (I have been in old one too). We spent hours in the pool. We enjoyed playing tennis and volleyball a lot! Staff is very nice and always available. Neighbors are all really nice and friendly. Very safe! Our friends liked to visit our area. We plan to stay at P&V more!!!
