I've lived at this apartment for a 1 1/2 years and the managment team has changed 4 times, and when a new manager comes in the whole team is let go so no one knows what is going on. I have seen a lot of interesting things since I have lived here from young girls being dropped off in high end cars to walk the parking garage, to a gentleman holding a gun at 4 girls on the balcony, to receiving a letter from the management team telling us to be aware of our surroundings, and that when we get into our apartment we should dead bolt immediately & being told for my own safety I should get a Ring Camera for my door but yet there are broken gates that have not been fixed so that allows whomever to come and go through our complex. This place is an absolute mess.

This is an impressive property: beautiful oak trees, a circular driveway, a parking garage. When we moved in management was stable and pleasant, and the residents were friendly and abided by lease agreements for community guidelines. The hallways were clean. But when the property was sold, that all changed.

Overall it is a great apartment an community. We love staying here. Access to the garage works perfectly. Mailbox and currier center works perfectly.Receptionist is friendly. The only issue is with the dirty corridors, a good pressure wash and weekly mopping would help lot.

I would give it a 2 out of 10. Put in service order and it took 2 weeks and that is because I called them. People in office (when they answer the phone) say one thing then never call you back . Hallways are always full of huge bugs in summer

This place is just getting better and better due to management that cares! Many areas have been improved recently,and many are in the queue. The halls need to be washed and painted, but we are assured that this is in the upcoming plans!
