There is often trash left out, the gates are always broken and the amenities you pay for are often out of use. The management changes every year . The only consistency is they lack of response and the upkeep of the community.

I loved this place i definetely look myself living here. I went for a tour after i saw a tiktok promotion and the manager MS. Espinoza is so welcoming, the staff are expert in touring. Crystal an Yulissa answered all my questions

Excellent location, quality of apt., good maintenance and prompt services. In the last year, major pendant maintenance issues have been resolved: garbage disposal, cleaning the passageway between apts., parking, garden at front of bldg to mention mention a few. We had a v. good, responsive, attentive management team over the last year but just lost its manager. I have seen about 5/6 managers over my 9 years of residency and the last one was one of the best.

RREAF not good. Property is not maintained, the complex has had a severe trash collection/sanitation issue, automatic gates are left open (is not a secured gated community); office staff is ineffective and not knowledgeable regarding problems on the property and in the common areas

In the past year the hallways are increasingly dirty with cigarette butts, animal urine and spilled liquids (appears to be cooking oil). In addition residents are speeding in the parking garage and do not seem to realize it is a two way driving area

Nice floorplans; interior maintenance is prompt and friendly. The grounds and amenities WHEN THEY ARE MAINTAINED, which isn't often enough. The jacuzzi has been broken for about a year, the pools have been dirty at times, and the trash collection has been unacceptable, leading to a dirty parking garage. The hallways and front doors have been in need of painting for a long time, and the floors have noot been cleaned often enough. The gym and club room were remodeled but there was no communication from management when they would be closed or when they were reopened. Overall, communication from management is almost non-existent; it was much better before the change in management, with a monthly newsletter, life style coordinators, etc.

My experience so far at Ventura's loft has been a great one. My only feedback is making the amenities (clubhouse, movie theater) accessible to tenets. The current times are inconvenient. Suggestion is perhaps extending the time to 10:30p or the same time as the pool hours.

Security could be better (as is safety features. ex: security gate in front is always broken, etc.) But aside that community is great. Love that they host events to bring us together as well. Would recommend to others

Overall is ok, garage area is not very clean and stairs not well covered when it rains, but people in office is courteous. I have a big problem MY TRASH IS NOT PICKED UP. I pay for this service but I do not get it. I have to call the office all the time to complain. It's a nuisance. I am disabled and I've noticed that at night some disabled spots are taken by cars that don't have the disabled tag. Maybe somebody should be checking that at night.
