I have lived at Park at Westcreek for one year and six months ( I moved to join my boyfriend). Everything has been perfect: wonderful property and very nice apartments, well maintained, very nice staff! the few times I need maintenance, the service has been very prompt even during holidays.Great area! I do suggest that complex: it is amazing!

I have lived and loved at the Park at Westcreek for 2 1/2 years and just moved out this weekend. I really enjoyed my experience here. Everyone from management, to maintenance, to neighbors are top notch people. If you suck at life don't come live here. However, if you are looking for a small town friendly atmosphere in one of the most promientant areas in Houston, Texas, the Park at West Creek is the place for you. In my time at the apartments, I have never had any issue with crime or management. I Did have a problem with having too much fun at the Christmas parties. God Bless

I have lived at Park at Westcreek for a year and I cannot complain about a single thing. I literally had the best experience with the leasing office, the maintenance workers, and the other tenants. Everyone was always nice and helpful. I had a crazy roommate for half of my stay at Park at Westcreek and although she was rude at times to both the maintenance workers and the women in the leasing office they always remained not only professional but very nice as well. If I were not moving to a new city I would definitely have remained at the Park at Westcreek for much longer. I highly recommend anyone who is new to Houston or anyone looking for a nice change to definitely check it out. It truly is a little oasis from the city with the greenery and waterfalls. But it is also close enough to downtown for a commuter as well.

Best Place ever! I lived here in 2014 in a newly renovated apartment, and right out the gate the staff was going above and beyond to meet my needs. Once I finally moved into the complex it is quiet, clean, no pest, could hardly hear neighbors through the walls. Must have good insulation between walls. The only draw back is A/C units are right outside your bedroom windows! Parking is sufficient. If anything was going on in complex good or bad we were alerted. Gym was small but always clean. Pool area nice and neighbors were always considerate by not getting loud. I saw like 1 kid at the pool during the whole summer. So no loud kids screaming at pool. Location is perfect even though they are doing construction across the street. But they have construction everywhere in Houston so it doesn't bother me. Safety - They had some kind of night watch security person hanging out in the golf kart at night. I didn't even realize we had someone looking out until I came home late one night and saw them. I felt safe but crime is everywhere.. It's Houston. The Maintenance guy was nice but never had to call him since nothing ever broke in my apartment. I only left this apartment because I moved into a house. But I would never leave this place if I were to remain a renter. On my way out once again the staff went above and beyond to help me. I've stayed in many apartments in Houston and in other cities and this by far is the best place. I would highly recommend this place. No apartment will be perfect but it's pretty close.

THE Park at Westcreek, Fantastic.I have been a longtime resident, I love it. I wont move The office staff are great. OUR workout machines broke, they got it fixed asap and never once asked How much does this cost. All they said was WE Will get it done for yall asap. That's why YOU need to live here, I DO The maintance guys get it done between 8 am and 5p.m. the day you ask them to They do it while your gone and they are 10% trustworthy I allow them to get in and out of my place, I trust all 3 of them Security is fine all is good. The office Managers are cute, nice, hard working and always available to help you out I was waiting on a FED Ex delivery, they knew this. Right after I sent in the office to see if the box was there, and it was not, I left IN 5 minutes the office called and said, can you come back its here NOW I needed it for a 11 am meeting, and she got it to me
