The community is kept clean, the area is prime, the environment's greenery is well maintained, leasing management was courteous and answered all questions, rent was reasonably priced and the community was quiet in the AM.

I felt the community was just within the right location for me. When I visited, it was my 10th to an apartment complex. This one caught my attention being gated and needing access to exit. Plenty of parking, the grounds were well maintained and I saw workers throughout. The apartment itself had ample room. I signed the lease to a 2 bed/1 bath apt. Just a great location and I felt safe. Am looking forward to moving in next month. Thank you Dylan!

The tour went very well. We arrived and were promptly greeted by a leasing agent. Before arriving we called to see if there were openings for a tour, the call went well. The tour itself went smoothly. The complex seemed clean, secure, and maintained.

Horrible first impression, I emailed and followed up on an email never heard back. Called again and made an appointment to get keys, no one had anything ready in day of move in. Haven't fixed any appliance issues - called and put it in their system. Shower head not working, floor coming up, saw bugs, and microwave turns on the other lights dim.

Satisfied with current experience, the staff is kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and ready to move in. And the overall community is not that noisy and is clean. Hope to find more good parts of this community soon.

Beautiful and quiet property. Great staff and overall pleased with the location and quietness of the neighbors. Would suggest offering a trash pick up from door side but not a big deal as it would attract rodents

This is a nice property. It is at a higher price for what you get, but it's mostly due to the location. 610 has been a nightmare for the past few months, so it was difficult to get in and out of. The upgrades are really nice. The staff is okay, they seemed nice but they were kinda rude when spoken to about a chemical issue and noise issue. It was like they were prideful that they were at full occupancy and my issues weren't a big deal. Also I had emails go unanswered that asked about guest parking and noise. They do use strong chemicals on their flooring that I had a reaction to, so if you're sensitive to that stuff be aware. My biggest complaint is the noise. Literally your upstairs neighbors sound like elephants 24/7. It's so loud my whole ceiling would vibrate. I would be woken up every morning due to it and there were three nights in a row it went until 2 am. I had to get two white noise machines and even that wouldn't block it out. My guests would also complain. For that reason I left.

I have lived here for 9 1/2 years and can't imagine living anywhere else! The staff is awesome and my neighbors are wonderful! Although our property is a little older, it's well maintained and many updates have been made within the units. If you are looking for a very quaint and quiet place to live, then look no further... Park at Westcreek is the community for YOU! P.S. River Oaks District is directly across the street, so, no need to pay for parking at Steak 48 or the IPic when you can just walk! ??

I can't say enough great things about the Park at Westcreek (TPAW)- both the property and the management are fantastic- a rare combination. Before she was my wife, my girlfriend was looking for an affordable option in the city that met all of her preferences at a reasonable price. She found everything she was looking for at TPAW and I would have chosen the same for her. We like it so much that after we married, we moved into a larger apartment on the same property. The management staff worked with us through the whole process and were nothing short of wonderful. Those of you hunting for apartments in Houston know that many options are overpriced and those that seem affordable usually fall between sketchy and downright dangerous. TPAW is truly a rare find- a convenient location in the city with quick access to all major highways, surrounded by PLENTY of things to do (Memorial Park, River Oaks District, Galleria, minutes from Downtown, Rice University, Washington Ave, etc.), not too big or small, great residents, caring management, friendly and trustworthy maintenance staff, well-kept grounds, and the list goes on. TPAW has my highest recommendation and you will be wise to give this one a look.

Lived here for about 8 months now soon to be moving from their 3 bedroom to a 1 bedroom in June. This place has been nothing short of phenomenal. This was my first time living in Houston for school and I found The Park at Westcreek. Of course coming from a small town to Houston was nerve racking at first but I couldn't have felt safer or happier here. There's always someone patrolling nearly 24/7 and gates always work properly. You're literally close to anything you could ever need. I'm used to driving an hour just to get to a Walmart, now I have 5-6 grocery store varieties literally minutes away. Even my doctors are a mile down the road. Couldn't be more convenient. There's literally a brand new movie theater right down the block. If you have any problems in your apartment the maintenance guy will usually be there the very next day. Not that we've had problems. Only one since I've been here, turns out the batteries ran out on the A/C thermostat lol The two girls who are always up front in the office are the greatest also! Always help you with what you need and are the nicest people. I had a missing package fiasco and they help me no problem. (USPS fault cough cough) The main thing is if you can get a apartment here do it. Don't ask questions, don't look anywhere else, sign the contract asap. You will not find a nicer apartment complex in all of Houston with their prices! Ps: They also always have cookies and chocolates stocked in the leasing office, so I mean isn't that reason enough? Of course not, but it is amazing.
