The apartment had a rat problem then the door was locked we asked the office to open the door then they charged me 35$ for a lock change that she was gonna half to change anyway and she pocketed the money it wasn't to her personal account

The best thing I can say is that I like my apts location, I get to park in front of it. If you have children this is a decent place to live, lots of kids playing around. Unfortunately people don't take pride in where they live, forcing the maintenance team to work probably harder than needed. I have issues with roaches but the apt complex has a bug guy around each week. He helped get rid of mice problems.

Decepcionante, la piscina nunca edta abierta, te combran x mantenimiento y siempre esta sucio, vecinos ruidosos todo el tiempo, los parqueos la mayoria son reservados(pagado), y edta es una encuedta q no sirve de nada , xq nunca haran nada....

Nice and quiet community, I feel safe here. Staff is excellent and informs us of changes or policies efficiently. Community is very easy to enter and exit. I love the fact that I can come into my home and feel safe and not have to worry about anyone breaking into my home

I chose this complex primarily because it was cheap. The facilities and such didn't really make much difference to me, as I was only going to be here temporarily until I was more familiar with the area. The old management was awful, but was also very hands off, which was fine, because again, it was cheap. The new management is spending a lot of money fixing things that really didn't need fixing, just to make the complex "fancier", and as such, I know rent will be much more expensive when leases are renewed. Most of my neighbors I've spoken too are also unhappy about this, as we pretty much all chose this place because it was inexpensive. What's the point of making a complex "fancier" if that's not why people live here? Plus this is a very bad/poor neighborhood. Their upgrades are basically pricing all of us out of a home. Disappointed.

Well, I haven't had any complaints lately. They're very good management. They help out very good. I just wish that they can open the pool for the summertime for the kids. Maintenance is good they come when you need them even if the office is closed I have no problem living here.

Had lots of rats. Since I've been living here we had a change of management three times. The current management tried to give me three days to move out saying that I haven't paid my rent when I did. They are putting reviews on the site which of listening told. For instance someone said this lady has been nice this that and the other the past three years but the people they are naming took over October 1, 2024. The entrance gate has magically been broken since they took over and hasn't been fixed.

The office people have changed and new owners. Since then I have seen the property get better. They are more attentive to residents concerns and try to address everything. Yea the office people are more strick on rent, but they try to work with you and who expects to live without paying rent with no result. I send my friend to apply and they had no problems with the leasing process or staff. They helped them apply and get an apt quick and it didn’t hurt that they give $500 of rent on every person u refer. There are dogs and cats but my neighbor got a note for not having their dog on leash so Ik they are trying to fix that. I am happy with new staff and company and plan to renew lease in February
