Maintenance requests lack timeliness. Building is nice, could be updated with different hall flooring. Staff overall friendly, however high turnover in concierge. Not sure why this field won’t accept my review unless I type more.

Don’t hesitate - this place is HOME! Perfect location, five minutes from literally anything you could imagine from retail to food to gyms, parks etc! Quiet luxury community staffed with caring professionals working to meet your every need from application to move in and beyond! I feel like I’m living in a luxury resort.

Great community! Great maintenance team! I have not needed to interact with the staff other than the maintenance team, which I always find attentive and willing to resolve the issue at hand or advise on how to resolve it.

I really love living here !!’ The amenities are awesome and it is a very secure building. There is a beautiful dog park as part of The Ivy and residents enjoy gathering there! The pool and lounge area is impressive !!

Ivy Park Place is one of the best places to live in Houston, TX. They have such great amenities with the gym, the pool, and bar lounge. My apartment's overlook onto the park makes each morning so great.
