I would like the areas surrounding the doors leading from the garage to the interior to be cleaned or power washed. Really dirty! We are all tracking that dirt and grime into the building, down the carpeted hallway and then into our units. It really needs to be power washed!

Communication lacks have had to request maintenance to come back and do the same work that should of been completed before my move in. Apartment wasnt cleaned properly and the lack of urgency has been disappointing

Terrible non responsive management. Food trash and broken glass litter the common areas. I could not in good faith suggest you move into this community. There are number listed attempted apartment break ins and a serious lack of security provided.

The service and quality of living is extremely good. I rented this apartment for my daughter and could not be happier. If she decides to stay in Houston I would absolutely maintain my lease with the james.

Enjoyed my time here and look to move internally and extend my lease options. One of the best features is the Center Bar The maintenance team are great The residents are a happy group of people and interact well with each other

GREAT LOCATION, beautiful place. Apartments are beautiful. The bar is a nice touch. The improvements to the gym and the patio furniture are coming and will make everything better. People are really nice. Ask for Jereme if you want to lease. He will make everything easier for you.

I like living here and love the amenities. The grounds are kept very pretty and the concierge staff and bartender Joe are the best. However, The garage doesnt work quite often, there are several cars behind that building that are constantly broken into, and we had a shooting while Ive lived here. Something needs to be done about the security.

I just moved about a week ago and the experience at this apartments has been great. Leading agents were amazing to work with. One thing that could use improvement is the maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Its The James! Great place to ppl watch and enjoy Happy Hour with neighbors and friends. Close walking distance to a green space/park is so rare inside the loop. I have one right out the front door basically. Just a lot for perks for the location and all that is in walking distance.

Everything aside from the residents in 823 is great. The bar is great and Joe is a great bartender. Terri is the best leading agent around and will do anything to help you out. Everything about this complex is great, access to everything you need and a great location.
