I am new resident in apartment 1103 and I really fully satisfied with the treatment that I was received by Denise Torres she received me with a smile and she was a very active and helpful she answered all my inquires with patient and smile and she was clear with me and explained all my inquires with a pleasure. Denise Torres she is doing a great efforts to serve the clients I would like to thank Denise Torres for her attitude when dealing with clients she treat them with full respect and make stay in the place even if the rent is high But the most important is the respect and the nice treatment that you will get when you meet with Denise Torres.

Denise Torres: leasing agent was outstanding in process of transfer agreement. Agent was very helpful.

I like the location of this apartment, bus stop is near the gate, metro is just 0.4 mile away (8 mins walk), high way is also 0.4 mile away from the gate. Grocery shop is just 0.4 miles away and Fiesta is within 2 miles. It is near by the NRG Stadium (0.4 mile) and you can enjoy several events like Rodeo. :) The campus is clean and secured. I like it that my room is very windy and spacious. Again, the neighbours and environment are peaceful. The maintenance complaints are quickly looked into. Facilities like gym, playing room, swimming pool, griller are also available. Ladies in the leasing office are quite helpful.

Scotland Yard apartments is a pretty decent apartment complex. It's quiet, people mind their own business and its minutes away from the train. The staff is cool, you may have to remind them once or twice about something but they maybe a little over worked. The only problem is the water bill. Get ready to pay $50 for 21 days of water use since your sharing the water meter with the building. It doesn't matter if you are seldomly home and rarely use water because the person who constantly needs to dip their a$$ cheeks in the shower will run up the bill . Please whoever you are stop dipping your a$$ in the shower all the time, the rest of us are paying for it, Thank you and have a non-constant dipping your a$$ cheeks in the water day.

Worst living experience ever ! PS: MOST OF POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE MUST BE FAKE OR I'M LIVING IN A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX ! Unsafe Horrible management team ( if you forget to pay your bill you get a 50$ penalty seconds after the deadline, they also send you a threatening letter for eviction literally minutes after the bill becomes past due.) Practically no maintenance service ! Infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. Old appliances from 60's or 70's
