Honestly it's a safe and neat place to live. I have lived here close to 2yrs and plan renewing my lease soon. All thanks to Andrea, she is the best leasing agent and also a blessing. She is very professional, honest and caring. I love the way she communicates and answers all my inquiries with patient, smile and timely.

a great place to call "home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood.

This Scotland yard apartment maintenance is very bad , especially maintenance team they wont do things on time, they keep on postponing things which leads to waste of time many times. They will charge money for no reasons.

The people in leasing office are so careless. They don't keep track of anything and will just blame on each other. We've had so many incidents and their response was really disappointing. During the extension of lease, they just charged money for people who are already on lease saying that the policies changed or whatever. When asked what that was about, their response was simply "It was our supervisor, we had to do what the supervisor lady tells us." And then there was another time they sent us a notice saying that someone inspected our apartment and we need viper treatment for roaches and charged us $75. We had no roaches at all. We kept our apartment very clean and treated the apartment by ourselves so that there will be no roaches. But they totally lied about inspecting and charging us for that. When we told them we don't need the treatment, come see the apartment if they can find one single roach they can go ahead and charge us. But all they said was, they can't do anything about it now and they have to charge us even if we didn't get the treatment. The leasing office people are the worst. Once they even lost our money order, good thing I saved the picture of it and showed it to them. And the other time, they took the money order but didn't write anything on it ( like apartment number or residents names) nothing of that sort. They are just so careless and don't pass on the information among each other. And each time you go there is always a different person that person blames on another person for not doing some job. I can keep on going like this forever about this apartment. The worst customer service I've ever seen.

stay away! this apartment complex would make you pay for replacing everything in the apartment upon moving out no matter what condition you leaving the apartment at otherwise they would threaten you to screw your credit . not safe cabinets are fallen off bugs everywhere stay up watching your vehicle becoz gates never work especially on weekends burglaries happen very often

They have everything right, customer service, maintenance and even my neighbors are awesome! Shout out to Andrea who has been a blessing!! I love my apartment and plan on renewing when my lease is up in April.

Marisol is the best assistant manager in Houston. Professional, punctual, timely and caring. She get this done a true resource of knowlegde. She definitely deserves the praise for how she communicates to the residence and is very good at resolving issues. Another shinning stars of this complex. I would recommend this complex to any who is looking for a safe and secure community of professionals. Cheers! Mr. G

One of the few places that did not incur any flooding during hurricane. Quick paperwork by Ms. Andrea at the reception for leasing.

So far, I am pleased with living at Scotland Yard. I've been here for a month and a half. Rent is reasonable, especially for being within the loop. The grounds are always tidy and well landscaped, and my maintenance requests have been completed very quickly. Ladies in the front office are friendly, but seem overworked. Parking is never an issue. I like that the complex is gated, but sometimes, people create a doozy of a traffic jam that backs up into the street when they can't get gets ridiculous. Management, if you would create space for people to turn around, it would help tremendously. I chose a unit next to the pool, and it does get noisy from poolgoers. My appliances are old and not energy efficient. Also, I have seen a few roaches. But keep in place is nearly 40 years old and the rent is cheap. I think sometimes, people expect too much, especially at this price point. One more unit is close to the front of the complex, which overall feels safer, cleaner, and more convenient. If possible, I would try to get a similarly located unit.
