overall I am happy with my recent move to Briarwood Village. They do need to stay on top of the property lighting because it's unsafe at night. Also be more diligent with preparing unit for move in, such as pest control, cleanliness (window sills, dead bugs, live bugs, dust).

Office staff is great. Process was painless and completely electronic! Quiet property. Maintenance responds within 24 hours. Grounds are clean. Property is well lit at night. Property is a hidden gem in a residential neighborhood.

It was a great experience. Sebastian really helped us out making sure we were taken care of. He's definitely one of the reason why we chose this place. He made us feel welcome and and home. That we can go to management whenever and they will help

Great place to live, the staff is great and all issues are taken care of fast and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have not had any problems during our stay here. We have lived her 3 different occasions and have no been disappointed.
