I'd like to preface this by saying that the one star only came within the last few months AFTER new management. Before: It was quiet. Maintenance was great. Office staff was friendly. I was happy. Never late on any payment or even close to late. Never caused a stir. Some of the leasing team lived on site and they were cool. After: It's loud at all times of the night. People are partying in the pool at like 3 in the morning, which is right in front of my bedroom window. My refrigerator hasn't worked in months. My dishwasher doesn't work either, so I eat out everyday. I asked so many times that I just gave up. There are cracks in the paint in my walls in pretty much every room. Very often, they block off huge parts of the parking lot so you're parking on the street (if the street isn't completely full as well.) There's so much solicitation and random people walking around. Kids in the middle of the parking lot and driving areas. They cancelled pest control for MEMORIAL DAY, and did not reschedule it to my knowledge, which is a horrible idea during a Southern summer. Bugs started creeping around. No one answers the phone. The online rent payment rarely works now (never had a problem with it before; I typically paid two weeks ahead. Now it has to be pretty much the day of for it to work.) But HERE is the kicker! For at least two months, I've asked for a renewal notice. "You'll get it in the middle of May. " Never got it. "You'll get it on June 1st." Never got that either. I had to call and request it myself as I'm really close to the 60 day notice that they are DEFINITELY getting. Some girl, Lisa, is always rude when she responds to any requests (if she responds) and did not miss the opportunity to be rude again today when I asked for my notice and renewal letter (once again, like the 4th or 5th time I asked for it). Like they treat you like THEY'RE frustrated with your housing issues. AT LEAST YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN IT. I wanted to upgrade to one of the townhomes since I can afford a little more now but NOPE, not for everything to break, not for guaranteed loud pool parties day and night, not for coming home and having nowhere to park, and not for rude management that doesn't value you as a resident. I'd rather pay for something nicer in the Galleria. If you get apartment A110, make sure they fix your dishwasher and fridge. IT DOESN'T WORK. TRUST ME.

I have lived here almost a year and when I first moved I was pleased but I slowly started to regret my decision. I have very noisy neighbors who live under my unit and another neighbor who lets their dogs urinate right by the bottom of the stairs and it stinks coming into my entrance way. Not to mention, there is a BIG bug issue. I pay for pest control and I see bugs quite often. It’s pretty disgusting. I keep my place spotless so I know it’s not me. Management is VERY rude and nasty and I am referring to the woman who is the propert manager. She is very unpleasant. The ONLY reason i still live here is because of Victoria who is the Assistant Property Manager. She goes above and beyond to help me with any issue and she’s always friendly and professional!!

I have been a resident since 2007, the office staff and maintenance are great, they take care of all of my needs, I recommend this apartments, clean and away from traffic, and the customer service is excellent .

Everything is fine at the moment. I just moved inn and found everything good. The staff was very helpful and they all handle my case with professionalism. The environment is so peaceful and suitable for family. I love the place

I only just moved in, but it seems to me like they have a good upkeep of their facilities. The apartment was freshly painted with new carpet and the exterior of the building appears in good condition. There are typically good parking options and I feel very safe in my apartment. The only qualm I have is that neighbors can be a bit noisy at times. But I think you will find that to be the case anywhere you live.

Very new to property community, so some things are still to be determined. So far the only major complaint is the neighbors upstairs with the ongoing constant noise. Although my first time leasing an apartment, because I've lived in a house majority of my life, however I'm almost for certain the neighbors shouldn't be have some reckus. It's unbearable! This is a major concern for me.

I didn't receive a call until the day of move-in there was a big mix up with when apartment would be ready (they never asked me). If it wasn't for Sabastian being as helpful as he was I would have withdrawn my app. Reaching the office after move-in had been hell. The bugs have me really upset. They are coming from my bathroom and I have no clue why. I get charged for pest control but I would at least like for it to work. I'm gonna have to bomb my apartment since no one else will do it. I'm super disappointed in this complex simply because at the very least you could make sure it's clean and the bugs have been killed. Putting my plates away I found roach eggs. The place is infested and I can't take it already and it's only been two weeks

I love it and I loved when Victoria was working in the office. The manager is very rude she is very greedy, they moved me in a roach infested apartment and I had to switch units in the first week - the new unit is perfect: the manager makes it a bad experience. She is not nice at all.

I've had a Great Experience. Great leasing agents, they are helpful and knowledgeable. You feel as if they truly care about you. The apartment is Quiet and Clean. 5 stars. It is a safe bet to move into here.

Sorry I have to change my review since I first moved here in March 2017. The first week I moved in I had to call maintanence THREE TIMES for different things. For one of the doors coming off the hinges, to me being locked out of my apartment because of a faulty lock ((It was 10pm raining, I was 8 months pregnant and with my 4 year old, we had to wait in my car for an hour for someone to come)) and a kitchen drawer breaking off (which I had to submit my request THREE TIMES before it was finally fixed). Not to mention all the dog ---- these dog owners don't pick up its disgusting!! I had such high hopes for this place when I first moved in. Victoria the Leasing Consultant is wonderful, the area is quiet, and the neighbors all seem to get along and are friendly, however the maintanence is ridiculous and I dont think I will be renewing my lease
