Nice place. They need to invest more in their property and current residents if they want to keep people here. Just signed my renewal, hope that they can get the grounds maintinance, resident maintinence, and services to a better level

I like the location and the apartment inside. outside the complex looks old , dirty ,bad color. The green area is not more green very mess and dirty from dog , delivery room messy . New construction coming in the same area ,i think you need consider to improve the quality the Complex ViV.

The community is located in a wonderful area close to many Great restaurants. I love how close I am to the schools. The office staff was very nice. And the community seems pleasant. I love all the amenities that's offered at this location. Including the fitness center and pool.

I would give this apartment complex 10/10. The complex is in a great location, staff here is friendly and responsive, and I've been living here a little over a year and I feel safe being here??????..

It is good but it can be better, the location is great. Since Covid it has changed, it is not kept as it was before. There are areas that are not being kept as they used to. I understand it is hard to get people to work . Overall is ok but I'll move when my lease is up.
