We have lived here for just a little bit over a week. The staff was super helpful when we moved in. We went to the pool and everyone that lives here is super nice! The apartment is great for the price and location.

Just moved in , easy and pleasant. I really like the community and all the amenities. Staff is extremely friendly and very nice ??. I feel very safe here . And the property is easy to get in and out of .

Crystal, the leasing agent, was very courteous. She was attentive to our needs. Very prompt at responding and keeping us on top of things. The community itself is clean. The apartment that we picked was to our liking and very nice.

We just moved in! The staffs are friendly and make us feel welcome. The unit is in generally good order and thanks for making our move smooth and easy. We can only collect the key at 3 pm, which we were informed in advance and were able to plan around it and made the actual move the next day!

It was a good price. The new Gatewise system they have implemented is a major reason why I won't renew my lease. I tried talking with a front office person about it and she was plain rude. This system requires you have your phone on you at ALL times to access the residence you pay for. What if someone goes running/biking without a phone? What if someone inadvertently forgets their phone? What if someone's phone dies? I've already seen an elderly resident locked out because her phone was dead. Exclusively utilizing this system to access the community was a poorly conceived idea. An apartment complex cannot require that a person live with their phone on them at all times. We should be provided an alternative method to access the residence we pay for.

Unfortunately the experiences are not what I was expecting. There is no fine for the out time trash or out of buckets trashes. The hallways are always messy. It's been more than a month the elevator is not working.

Awesome community and service. Friendly staff and awesome savings and discounts. Also clean community and easy move in process and staff was great with working with movin times and helping where things were on property.

The move in process was great and easy. I like the features the apartment offers such as opening the gate with my phone, package concierge, and codes for the pool/hangout area. I do the think the apartment staff should reach out to move in people a couple of days after move in to check that everything went okay.

This is a pretty good community! It's a bit pricey but overall cheaper than similar complexes in the neighborhood. The common spaces and gym are very nice, and the parking garage is some extra security. Maintenance staff are quick and professional. The only thing I'd really like is better signage on the buildings, or maybe a map - I run into confused delivery drivers all the time.

Initial experience was not pleasant. However, Rosie, the leasing specialist turn that around and made the second experience wonderful. She apologize for the prior issue and has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome
