The property and amenities were spotless and smelled amazing. The office team was extremely professional and answered all of my questions with a smile. I also love that there’s plenty of parking and a huge dog park.

I recently toured this community and was really impressed! The hallways are wide and spacious, which will make moving in so much easier. Everything was spotless and smelled amazing throughout the building. I also loved the layout with the different courtyards — it gives the property such a nice, open feel. The dog park is huge, which is perfect for my pup! The office staff was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the nicest communities I’ve visited!

Unfortunately the crime here has gotten way out of hand. There have been multiple car break-ins where at least 15 cars are hit each time. They know there is an issue with crime here including apartment break-ins, but will not spend the money on 24-hour walking security. The dog park is hardly cleaned and the garage constantly smells like a sewer due to the dog park. This complex can do better for its tenants.

Location, amenities, staff, and community are all top notch. In addition, they keep working on improvements constantly. As a seasoned apartment dweller, I highly recommend this complex's living experience.

I love living here. Can't beat the location. I can walk to tons of restaurants and shops. The hallways are so nice and quiet now that they have been redone. Maintenance usually does my requests on the same day. Office people are really nice. Waiting for the pet park to get finished but the new mural is super cool and I'll definitely be using the new dog washing machine.

I recently moved out from this building and my experience in general was negative. Many of the neighbors agreed with us but are afraid of posting because of retaliation. WE HATED LIVING THERE! I wish more people talk about their experiences. Morgan Company need to do something. 1- PETS - There are many pets in the building which is great but many of the owners do not clean after the dogs. There is always poop around the elevators and parking. The dog park smelled bad all the time. They are remodeling now. My dogs were sick 3 times from the water on the dog park. (We tested the water). They did nothing about it. There is poop sometimes on the stairs and the halls. 2- Elevators - These elevators are always down. I cannot believe that elevators can be damaged with such frequency. We lived on the highest floor so it was a pain to get home, especially if you have groceries. 3- Maintenance - They usually responds fairly fast to your requests. The problem is that the maintenance crew are dismissive and treat tenants like morons. They make comments like:"you do not know how to use the appliances" or "these appliances are cheap and do not have to clean like the ones on a regular home". They will never take responsibility for anything. It is always the tenant's fault.... The A/C always had some kind of problem. At the end we just had to live with it. 4- Management - They are NOT friendly and looks like they are always in a bad mood. When you go to the office they will not make eye contact with you so you don't disturb them. As per other residents, It seems that there was a nicer manager before the last one's arrival. Also, I do not understand why they have to have such a nasty attitude. The tenants are paying their salary. 5- ROBBERIES - At least 4-5 during our tenancy. The worse is that this happened during the day. We saw police several times and we have heard about an incident a few months back in which the police came to the property and had to breakdown a door to arrest someone. 5- SECURITY - No Concierge or security on property during the day. It seems that there is a number you can call to complain about noises, etc. and if he is on property he will check out the situation. 5- MAIL and PACKAGES - Packages get lost. Almost everyday there was a message from a tenant asking for their missing but delivered packages. I was so sick of losing ours! 5- PARKING- Anybody can get to the parking when a tenant is driving in. Also, strange people wait on the elevator until it comes down to get in. You do not need a fob once you are in the elevator. Just by pressing the floor you are in. 5- Leasing agents - They disappeared one day. There are 2 new agents now. At the moment, they are remodeling the apartments and the building. The pool has been updated but they took off the hot tub. In general: I will not live here ever again... Prices might be lower than The Ivy and The James but YOU Get what you paid For - well you get less...

I recently moved in.. Really appreciate the location of this apartment complex plus the affordable rent. However the upkeep of the hallways and general areas like the elevators needs some improvement. Chances of you stumbling upon dog poop in the hallways are high! See pictures attached.

My husband and I have lived in 6 apartments in 4 cities in the last 15 years and our average stay is 3-4 years but we could not get out of this place fast enough, even stayed in a hotel till our next place came available. This is not a luxury apartment it is the cheapest apartment in a luxury area and we did not know that when we picked it, the joke among residents is that it is where the fake rich people live. Not many of the people we met in that building stayed after their first lease either. The issues- LOUD thin walls and floors you can hear everything from people walking around, music, talking, and toilets flushing. Got real jumpy as when someone drops something heavy in another apartment it shook ours (made the cats nervous too), the doors also slam hard and they are loud. 3 of the 5 options to have your apartment overlook are awful you either get a train, dog park, or the loud pool. The other 2 are the street (best one) or the zen garden where like the pool and dog park you get to watch all of your neighbors. Can't get anything fixed, we had an issue with our toilet had them "fix" it and we left for a bit and came home to a flooded bathroom that was leaking down 2 more floors. The freezer kept thawing from a bad seal and they couldn't get that right either, we had to just deal with it. Can't say anything to management. I took a survey and I was honest and stupidly said they could call me after and when I told them I had loud neighbors they proceeded to tell me the life stories of the people above and below us and then relayed our life story to our neighbors making everything awkward. But they both moved out. On our move out day 4 apartments were moving out and that makes the 1 working freight elevator a pain, and it is normal for at least one to be down. Even when they are up we never took them as the sounds they make are a bit unnerving. Trash- often you find trash in the halls in the afternoon making them stink and if you are lucky enough to live near the trash chute it is often backed up past several floors. Our trash chute handle was broken for our entire 15 month lease. The trash can we were given for the service smelled BAD we kept it closed and put it in a closet till we moved out. Parcel locker codes getting sent to the wrong people is common although I blame the carriers for that, you get to know your neighbors though when you deliver their packages and hope you get yours. We did have several things get sent to the office and were never informed so going down to ask is a regular task. The craftsman ship is bad- holes for fixtures too big, the paint is so thick it peels up, gaps in the fake wood flooring, lights constantly burning out (we opted to not use one kitchen light at all after the 5th burn out), carpet not properly installed so you get fibers coming up from the edges all the time (turns out this is intentional so they can look UNDER the carpet after move out so be sure to clean under the carpet), and I already talked about the freezer. The water heater is not big enough to take a bath durning colder months you need to not do laundry or dishes then fill the tub on full hot till it runs out then wait 30 minutes and fill it the rest of the way. Super luxury. The good- The office staff is nice but you can't trust them as stated. The pool is nice after months of construction though many of the grills don't work. The gym has towels and is clean, but shuts down at night. The area does have a lot to offer but the roads are really bad. All in all we are just happy to be out.

I visited this property in hopes of signing a lease for a new apartment home. I was met with cold stares upon entering the leasing office. Instead of receiving a warm welcome, I was greeted with, "May I help you?". Before I could finish explaining what I was looking for, 2 leasing agents cut me off stating they didn't have any of those units available. The thing is, my realtor contacted the property 3 hours prior to schedule my appointment for a specific floor plan. When they talked to her, they stated they had 5 units available. I went as far as showing them the text messages and information from my realtor - that didn't help at all. It's a shame that they didn't even attempt to offer alternative floor plans. I mean, that is their job. It is very alarming the way they treat prospective residents. If you are looking to lease here, I say look elsewhere. Other properties in the area have a nicer appeal and even nicer leasing staff.

the only thing that is very nice about leaving at 2121 Mid Lane is the location. Everything else from the staff, the facilities, the facility availability and the maintenance is horrible. Every single staff member from the leasing office staff and the maintenance crew are very unprofessional and rude. The hallways always smells like trash and it's very embarrassing when you have visitors. The elevators Are usually out of order a few times a month. Not to mention that we had a few break ins since we moved in.
