Wow!!!!! I am really confused on where allof these comments came from?! I have lived here at Westcreek since 1998 and have never had any of these issues. Yes, they may have to do maintenance to the water every now and then, but that to be expected in an older more mature community. And we live in Houston people, crime is every where! Even in Katy there is major crime, so why would we be any different. We have a courtesy officer in every building that are actual Houston Police officers...use them. I mean this is common sense and it seems to me the only people with time to bash where they live are people with a champagne taste and beer budget! This is rediculous. I would most certainly recommend living at westcreek. Where else can you live with great location, prices, square footage, and 6 hpd officers living on sight?!!!!!!! omg people!

I have been here for 2yrs,location is great,beside the traffice on both sides. maintains is quick, but its always a cover job. for the money you pay and they say garbage pickup! BS!! the amount of garbage that piles up on a weekend. you would think we live in a 3 world country that there is no garbage pick up.just disgusting!! they need more garbage bins, people let there small dogs go any were on the sidewalks. for an apartment in the river oak galleria area, its really rundown. shame. (I am putting down that I will recommend beacuse I do like this place. but sure wish they would fix the problems. for location is good. its quiet,some times. the only reason I will recommended.)

Have lived here over a year and break-ins are a real and scary problem. This location is amazing and my building is quiet and moderately maintained. They can't get their billing correct for anything. Office Staff is congenial, helpful but clearly from above there is absence of adequate care and support.

While living in the B Bldg, I had my license plates stolen; also during my stay, 2 autos were stolen, one neighbor had an attempted break in, 3 autos had their wheels and rims stolen, 2 tenants and their pets were attacked, by 2 pit bull dogs kept in B29, at the building entrance in March and May/2012, and one tenant was mugged in daytime at the entrance to the building in July/2012. Most of these incidents can be verified on the HPD website; I stongly suggest you check for previous reported activity on this site before you decide to move here. The management, Ms. Kathy Labrum, aka, Ms. Kathy Reilly-manager, was difficult to get ahold of, and would not return calls with regards to my dealings with her.

Don't live here!!! Run now if you still can. Seriously, this place should be condemmened! If you want location go across the street to The Parks, it's like less than a hundred more. I get no place is perfect, I've rented for 6 years, but this place will leave the worst taste in your mouth. The newest addition to the Westcreek team is an ---------- male who I caught making out with what looked like a ----------------. I think his name is ----... It was sooo gross! In addition, everyone is right your light or electricity, one or both is off every other week. You would think you're not paying for it! Once the electricity was off for a whole week, during Houston summer! There's all types of rodent problems, rats, roaches, flies, silver fish.... You name it, they're there. And I'm clean as all heck! "Tree roaches are common in older apartments" I don't care! If they aren't paying rent they can't be here!!! And what's up with the constant partying and soliciting in the pool area! Naked tweens and at all hours of the night swimming in cutoffs. I feel like I'm in a cheap porno flick. Give me a break! That pool just screams Herpes! Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here and certainly won't be living here longer--even if they offer to pay my rent for me. Nothing works and I mean nothing. Not your toilet, lights, stove, oven, refrigerator. I'm breaking my lease and getting out of here!
