Just amazing, love this place, coming on year 3 and couldn't be happier with apartment selection!! The amenities, community, location, management, parking garage, literally everything is great! 100% told my peeps to move here!

I've been at Pearl Woodlake since they have opened. The facilities sit in a nice quiet community neighborhood close to shopping, food and medical facilities. Very convenient. The place is kept very clean and the staff are very helpful.

I've really enjoyed my community at Pearl Woodlake. As a single woman, I feel safe and take down care of. The neighborhood is typically quiet and family oriented. Great place to live or you g professionals, families and seniors.

I love living at Pearl Woodlake. I have a big kitchen for my cooking and baking. The finishing and layouts are spacious and well thought out. As a single female, I feel safe and the neighbors I've met have been pleasant. I'll definitely be renewing my lease. The property is kept pristine and maintenance is not only quick to respond but beyond friendly. The management team is always very nice and extremely helpful. It's rare to find a team that's loves what they do and you never make you feel like you're a bother.

I recently visited Pearl Woodlake and was going to move in. I am now glad that -------, the manager does not follow HUD laws and stalled so long I jut went ahead and filed with the Justice Department against them. There are too many good places to live in Houston that respect people, this is not one of those places! The manager is evil and never available and she uses a lawyer that just passed the bar in January 2019 that does not know HUD law nor know what HIPPA actually states. They really need negative stars to rate this place correctly.

The management team was always friendly and professional. The complex was clean and well maintained. We felt it was a very good value for your money. Only moved because our house was ready for us to move back. Would definitely recommend the Pearl Woodlake.

We are newly retired and intend to be snow birds here at this complex every year. Jenna and Camille are great and made our short term lease so easy! We love the walk ability to anything you'd ever need!

I have had the privilege of living in my apartment for three years at Pearl Woodlake every amenity from the gym to the swimming pool and even the computer room , has been amazing ! The best part about living here honestly believe it , is the staff there will bend over backwards to help you to accomplish anything you need ,I have never lived in an apartment complex that has had so much respect and love for the residence if you want a really great place to live with an awesome infrastructure I recommend this establishment to you if it wasn't for me buying a house I would live here as long as I can

Power switched off unexpectedly for 'minimally two hours' this evening across the building for 'emergency upgrades'. An email sent out after they switched off everything across the building. No warning. No planning for this. Just switched off. Staff are rude, ignorant and unresponsive. (Check out the reviews on Yelp and Google which will also confirm this). Apartment grounds have a feeling of unease and discomfort at all times; like you are only one step away from being robbed or held at gun point. Avoid this building with a 10ft barge poles they treat you like zoo animals. You are better just about anywhere else.
