I've lived at Quadrangle for about a year and feel completely safe! It's a great complex - location, price, size - it's a bit of hidden treasure! The staff is super and treats us/tenants with courtesy all the time! I'm staying put!

I'm from Austin, and this is the first place I've lived in Houston. I just wanted to say that compared to the places I've lived while in Austin, the leasing office staff and maintenance staff were awesome. Being an older townhome, I had several maintenance requests, and they always responded quickly and did a thorough job. Most of my neighbors have lived there several years, and I would probably join them in prolonging my lease if I wasn't heading back to school in Austin.<br><br>Positives: Great floorplan, very large for price, parking was never an issue, never heard my neighbors through thick walls, new appliances.<br><br>Negatives: Security guard not very reliable, bugs an issue on first floor (or were for me), no full size washer/dryer hookups.

I lived at this complex for about one year was very impressed with the way it was run. The office staff is dedicated and very friendly. The Manager lives on site and treats the complex as if it were her own. All maintenace requests were handled promptly and they took the extra step to keep me satisfied. The complex is a few years old and has some charm to it. It´s worth the money they are charging and if I still lived in Houston, I´d be living at The Quadrange.

The Quadrangle is a great place to live. It is quiet and very close to major highways (I-10, Hwy 59, Tollway, 610 loop). The management and staff are very diligent and attentive to the tenants needs.
