Drug's, Theft, and gang related. I have been harrassed in my apartment I complain to office and nothing has been done about it. Management has no control over these appartments. My boyfriend comes to visit me, they broke in his truck stole everything out. Three weeks later he comes again they steal the whole truck. If you are African American please don't move over there you are not wanted they treat Black people bad and it's mostly -------- and -------- they stick together even when they are wrong you don't stand a chance I complain to the office about my tires being tampered with being put on flat screwsand nails every other day. They bust my light out my car all because they want my apartment the lady in the office told me. Smh they doing all these things so I can move. But I'm not going anywhere until they finish building my home and I can't wait. I have to park my car now at my job and walk home to keep them from putting my tires on flat.

This apt complex is run by the owners wife and she is pure evil she mistreats her employees and is money hungry . Her neice who are illlegals and maint guys also are illegals have their way. The neice dont work but if you are not related to her you are in trouble . The maint guys fool around with the lady residents. Never give your cash to them they will say you didn't pay...

These apartments are the ABSOLUTE Worst!! I wouldn't recommend these apartments to no one, reason, because the office staff sucks they tell you what you want to here just to get you out of the office. My apartment has mold (due to the rain) my water is always being shut off every two weeks, my a/c is always hot. They only fix it good enough to last about a month. I f***ing hate these apartments can't wait until my lease is up.??????????????????

I so agree with the post the manager is nasty she does kiss her husband like as if he was all that. she is not all that professional. she took ash from us didn't give us a receipt and later said that we haven't paid anything I believe she is taking the money for herself. we have to report her somehow even if she leaves it is not fair for her to steal money . she messes with the maint guys and some male residents. She charged us 200 for parking and 30.00 monthly fee we did give her cash but she wouldn't take m/o. plain words she is a nasty thief.

the first thing wrong is management they never listen to people complaint,the manager messing with men in office ,slamming doors taking my money that i didnt owe her she said it was over rent not paid in time hey i have my proof but she threaten to evict so i left it alone .maint does personal favor for female resident first but we get charged for our things to get fixed. cars getting towed because a resident made the manager mad . someone needs to help us .the staff makes fun of us after we leave the offece overheard manager saying stupid --------' first look at ypur self ok if it werent for us you wouldnt be here. im just saynig some one help us.

I am a resident here I am speaking in behalf of the other residents who are helpless and cannot speak for themself and are afraid and threatened by the management we have a issues that need two be taking care of but Maint seems to be taking care of the residents females when they are a home alone instead of taking care of our issues the manager seems to have male residents in her office sometime the office is locked sometimes she slams the door. when rent is due we pay on time for some of Us have to pay late fees and and why do we have to if we pay on time we think she take some money and doesn't report it we do need help hopefully someone will read this and help us

My husband and I moved here about 3months ago and my vehicle was towed cause I work at wal-mart and would get home in the late hours and there was no parking. After that I found out my apartment was infested with bed bugs. My neighbor said there's several apartments that's infested including hers. I asked the manager to move us to another apartment and she wanted to charge us another deposit after I told her I had to throw away our bed. The corporate office needs to know the staff is rude and seems we are a bother if we start to complain. We are breaking our contract and moving out. Another thing my neighbor's were robbed a month ago and there was no letter sent out to warn the other residents.

We just moved here about 6mths and mostly everyone is correct. The staff is slow, maintenance takes days or weeks to fix things. Everyone is noisey and the manager plays favortism with her residents. I made several complains about the upstair apartment little kids running all day and night and the manager Blanca just keeps saying I'll send them a letter but not once I've seen it. Then my neighbor said she had the same issue with her upstair resident but since shes been living there for years Blanca the mgr. made them to move to another apartment. So yeah it does matter how long you contribute in paying rent. Also she allows illegal immigrants live there with like 5/6 ppl in one apartment. She probably charging them extra and pocketing the money. And yes she does kisses all over husband in front of residents.....I guess that's how come she'sppregnant now. Oh and yes I'm -------- so no racist there. They also don't like black ppl living there. The staff called CPS on one black lady and she moved recently cause they kept harrassing her about her kids being outside, so when I made a complaint about another resident 3/4y olds being outside unattended and the mom inside the apt always....the manager once agained said they been living here for yrs and I don't see no problem. Ppl please don't move here unless u want your kids taken away, your apt broken in, slow staff, and snitches this is the place. Also she has a resident paying him out of the company's money cause she fired the maintaince manager a couple of weeks ago working and he is nor an employee.

i live here but the manager is a real bad manger one time we walked in to her office she was some black resident kissing on him and she saw us and got mad slammed her door and later sent us a letter to evict but she had no reason to evict us besides that the maint are bad too messing with ladies resident and wont do their job. my ac dont work still.

I am not happy with this Apartment complex. Services are not good to live there. Toilet leaking and water flooding up to living room, I called many times to fix the sink or toilet problem; took them forever to come and have it fix. Alot of robbery going on; very NOISY place til late at night water got turn off without notices to resident, no parking spot available after 8pm. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS APT.
