Not at all happy with rental managers here. Both the kitchen and bathroom sink are leaking and we were told this would be fixed this week. They are still broken. Also, our fridge and freezer are not working properly. The fridge is leaking water in the inside all over the food. (gross!) The freezer is not cold enough, it is barely freezing the ice cubes and the food is not frozen like it should be. We are going to lose most of the food in the freezer.I have contacted managment three times about this and we are still waiting for a repair or replacement. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up and I would not recommend this apt. complex to anyone. Very dissatisfied.

my husband and I went looking for an apartment there we ask to speak with the manager we wait there for half an hour were not attended overheard a lady in a room behind saying that we had to leave or better yet we were asked to leave this is not professional at all this is a very rude manager and management at this property I would not recommend this property at all to any 1 of my friends or family members the fact that you have a manager is not willing to attend us then I would not expect a better service. imagine if there is not very good shape or I would not recommend it I wish I could speak to someone higher than that manager that they have there I would like to see a good manager that would actually come out to speak to a resident no I will not come in rent an apartment there in feel unwelcome thank you

The apartments are decent, for their price but its just loud at times and people dont seem to obey curfews. I can hear people at night on the stairs just chit-chating and walkin up and down.One may never know of what they might be up to. Would feel much more secure if security would be seen more often...Thank You =)

I lived here for a year and it has been good i really never had any problems. These apartments are very clean and the office staff and maintenance has been great. People are very nice also. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment 682sqft but i need something bigger than that. The only reason I want to move from these apartments is because I need a 1 bedroom apt bigger than this and also because of the area there in it just no good. Theres 2 other apartment complex and those apartments are ------. Fallbrook are the nice apartments and they have security at night. Theirs one other thing also that happen here in fallbrook like a month ago some man got robbed in his own apartment what happen was this the man that lives in these apartments had just came from work two men came and knock at his door he open without looking first, as soonest he open the door they push him in his own apt and threaten him to not scream or do anything because they had a gun then so one of the bad guys had him with a gun and the other bad guy was stealing things from his apartment and going outside and putting them in their car while the other bad guy was inside pointing the gun at the man. I know all this because after it happen the office sends every apartment a letter and i also know this maintenance man that works here and he was telling one lady and myself about it. But thats the only thing bad thing that has happen. So thats why the apartments have those wholes in the doors for people to look first before opening the door. But other than that their ok to live in...
