I have lived at this property for 18 years and couldn't think about living any where else. It's nice and quiet, and close and convenient to stores and other necessities. The leasing manager Carolyn is very nice and Chris and Karina are always very helpful with anything you may need.

I have never felt at home until i moved into this beautiful and quite community. Maintenance is prompt to take care of any issues that i had. Office staff is very nice and will go to any extreme to please there residents from jump starting a car to going to check a residents apartment who have might left something on.Will try there very best to help with any issue that comes up.

For the longest time, I've ever lived in Briarwest Apartments, I would say it is the best community. I have lived in 4 different apartments over the last 7 years here because it is close to everything. I walk to the Gym, 5 minutes away from 4 freeways, and 2 minutes away from Briargrove Elementary, which is an incredible school. We have two kids in the family, 4 and 6 years old, and they both love it here. Lots of kids live here so they have lots of playmates. The neighbors are friendly too. No crime or break ins that I'm aware of in my time here. The management is professional and very attentive. Request for maintenance service are very quick when needed, which seldom happens. And they have incredible staff, Carolyn Cockrell, Chris Donnell and Karina Ferguson are just some of them. If you are looking for a place in the Briarwest Townhome and Apartments community, look no further. You have just found you best option for your new home. This has been an excellent community. I've lived here since summer of 2016 and only have great things to say about them. I had a bit of a mishap with the neighbors upstairs about 3 months in, and the management was quick to move me into another unit (costs paid), actually a BETTER one. I was pleased. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the maintenance crew is always efficient. It's been a pleasure!

I moved in December 2016 and love my new home. The management and leasing staff go above and beyond to fix any issues you may have. I also love the value of Briarwest, it allows me to live in a safe neighborhood to be close to everything. I'm also in walking distance to just about everything. I would definitely recommend!
