Tenant Reviews for 1901 POST OAK BLVD

I WAS looking to buy or rent here at this location, but after reading these reviews, it is obvious that this place is not what it looks like on the outside. It's REALLY obvious also who is writing the 5.0 reviews, talking about the AMAZING staff. Thanks, staff, for your input, but I'd rather hear what your tenants have to say. One thing I really look for in a place is great attention from the staff and management. Doesn't look like it exists here. I am so glad I read the reviews or I probably would have ended up being one of the angry tenants as well!

This Hi-rise is a hidden GEM! I just walk one block and I am at world wide Shopping Galleria Mall. Fine dining in walking distance! All the amenities are well kept and the lounge is full of fine professional individuals world -wide culture. Location is Prime and in the heart of Uptown Houston why look further. I am very happy there and call it home away from home! Management team is extremely professional and ready to serve! One word to describe it "HIP"! vibrant living ...must visit to appreciate this treasure. Lofts of Post Oak the talk of the high end crowd!

HEADS UP. This place is a dump. It is full of residents who think they are rich. Especially the ------ ---- who drives the bentley (worth more than the place he lives in). I was going to buy 2 condos here but their current residents have their heads so far up their asses that it made me want to avoid buying even a bottle of water from this place. What makes matters worse is, management laughs and thinks that snotty residents are an added bonus. I hate to say it but, anyone with real money should not buy or rent here. It is not worth the investment. I think everyone at this place is just racking up the national debt.

I purchased three months ago here at the Lofts and I LOVE IT! The staff made my transaction made easy especially since I was out of town. My two bedroom is so beautiful too with a view of one of the six pools! Thanks to the Sales Team and Management team for making it easy for me!

The Lofts at Post Oak grounds and amenities are great: 6 pools, movie theater, cook, valets, conceirge, etc. However, the staff and management are horrible. We have had 3 HOA managers in the past 2 years. The developer runs the property like a dictator, despite the fact that the residents own over 3/4 of the properties - residents have no vote, have had their cars towed out of front parking spaces. Investors own the majority of all units. The developer recently lowered prices 15-20%, killing all property values in the complex. STAY AWAY, at least until the developer is gone. Great property. Poor and unethical management. I am happy to be leaving this month.
