I moved into this complex in January 2019 from Virginia for my new job here and I have a one bedroom. I just signed my second lease in January 2020. Overall, the complex. Is okay but the new management is not great. The good stuff: 1. Compared to apartments in Spring proper or the woodlands, the prices are pretty reasonable. My first year with them the rent was 758. My current rent for my second year is 778. 2. I have a standard style apartment meaning that it is not renovated and for me it's just nice enough. When I was looking at apartments I was not looking for anything fancy or "extra". For someone who is tight on money and looking for something very basic this complex was fine choice for me while I wait for my boyfriend to move to the area. 3. The location for me is ok as it is close to my job but it is also very close to 1960 which is typically considered not the best area. However, I have personally not had any negative experiences with people in the area or the complex. The bad stuff: I will preface by saying many of my complaints have been a direct result of a change in management. 1. The one bedroom apartment doesn't have enough storage. There is no front/coat closet. Besides the bedroom closet which barely fits what I have in there, there is no additional closet or storage space. 2. The complex changed management in maybe august 2019. No one even informed the residents of this change. There was no email sent out or letter notifying the residents that management has changed. The only way I found out was that I had started seeing a couple of new faces in the office and one day I was getting a package and the new manager introduced herself to me. To this day I have no idea when exactly they took over. 3. Resolving maintenance issues have taken a lot longer under this management than the old management. I do not typically have many maintenance issues but the few that I have had, it has taken more than 3 days to resolve. 4. Under new management, parking has become confusing and frustrating. With the previous management there used to be small magnetized signs above individually reserved parking spots. Since new management has taken over those individual signs have been removed and generic reserved signs have been placed on the posts underneath the car ports. Because the signs are not clear, I have had many issues with maintenance personnel, contractors, other residents and guests park in my reserved parking spot that I pay for. In addition, this management has contracted with a new towing company who is supposed to resolve parking issues. I have had to call them several times and each time no one has answered and there is no telling how long it would take for them to get to the complex to remove a vehicle from my spot. I have also had many issues with cars parked in the fire lane which blocks my spot along with a few others so if someone is parked there, residents can't get in out out of their parking spot. Lastly, it is hard to tell which spots are even reserved. When I have guests it is hard to tell them where to park because with general signs it seems like all the spots are reserved but I know that isn't true. 5. The pool is not open all year round even though they pay to maintain it all year round. This has been true for both managements. In conclusion, if you are someone who isn't looking for something fancy or temporary, it's ok but I would certainly caution having to deal with the new management.

For those of you checking these reviews in search of a new place to live, wondering weather you should take up residence here; I'llmake it easy for you: Don't! I'll elaborate for those needing more convincing. I've lived here for about 9 months now and every week it just seems to get worse. Let me begin with the most recent headache this apartment complex has bestowed upon me and it's other tenants. I'm the parking lot of this property lies over 100 covered parking spaces. Easily enough for each unit to have one to themselves. Recently however they've began charging to park under the metal overhangs as a ploy to take more money. Now you may be thinking,"Just park in an uncovered spot." To which i will reply, "THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 15 UNCOVERED SPOTS IN THE LOT. Fought over between 50 different cars mirroring rabid dogs fighting over a scrap of rabbit post apocalypse." The second to most recent reason I will be leaving at the end of my lease came to me around 9am Sunday morning. While most might complain of the small ----- wielding Dodge Charger driver that revs his loud exhaust so everyone knows how cool he is; I was actually more annoyed from being woke up early in a sunday by a couple physically assaulting each other on the grass in front of my apartment while yelling profanities at one another. Sure you may think it was like any other 5 minute dispute between lovers or you could assume the worst which may be a ten round mma fight lasting 30 minutes. Well my dear reader, you'd be wrong. 3 HOURS people. From 9 till noon. To put it in perspective, if I would have be James Cameron's "The Titanic", I would been in the credits by the time they stopped arguing. I think you get the point by now so I won't elaborate on the noisy partying upstairs neighbors, or the children screaming next door through the paper thin walls. No doubt at this point you may be thinking that it doesn't get much worse. And it shouldn't. But it does. The street and neighborhood surrounding the complex is constantly riddled with homeless or just troublesome car owners are greeted in the morning with broken car windows or missing property. Not to mention the ever so often car sitting on four cinderblocks and the rare car missing an engine sitting in the road. Luckily for this paragraph you don't have to believe me, you can check the crime stats for the area and be scared away for yourself. Among all the terrible neighbors, the constant overflowing dumpsters, and the inconsiderate rules put into place; there shines a bright light in the form of the apartments maintenance staff! These guys are on top of it! I've never had a maintenance request open for more than a couple of work days before my needs were met. If it were up to me these two gentlemen would be running the complex and or a Fortune 500 company. Whatever money they are making I can confidently say they are not being paid a fraction of what they deserve as I have never noticed and $250,000 vehicles around. I hope this helped you make an informed decision on whether you would like to move into these apartments and I'll summarize my point for those of you still with me. There are dozens of better apartments within five miles, all within the same price range. I don't even know the people reading this but I can without doubt say that you deserve better than to live here.

DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! After an entire week of battling with the office I am forced to take legal action against them! I was on vacation and my vehicle was towed. Well I come to find out that the office manager Norma never added my carport back on after I renewed with them for another year!! When I went to the office to clear up their mistake Ms Sandra tells me that Norma was fired and that it was out of her hands. How IRRESPONSIBLE and INCONSIDERATE!! Not to mention that my mailbox was broken into and it took TWO months to get a replacement door!!!! I have FORVER paid my rent on time and have NEVER given the apartments so little as a complaint! My vehicle had its sticker! Had it's current registration! And was in its correct location but because of lazy office staff I now have to chuck up a $800 tow bill!!!!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!! My apartment got flooded called them 4 times didn't care. Rent is over 1000 a month, poor maintenance, poor staff at the office. Got a lawyer to sue them. People smoking marijuana, raccoons everywhere, worms, roaches, all kind of insects inside the apartment.

These apartments are not safe at all. There's trash everywhere. They never clean the pool it's always dirty. Very loud neighbors. People use storages as a place to fix cars. Staff is very rude. They take weeks to fix something. They never answer the phone. People are always ringing my doorbell and when I go and answer it there's no one in there. Someone kept trying to open my door. Gates are most of the time broken. Very bad service. Maintenance man kept looking inside through my window. There's no privacy. Rent prices are very high for the area. Many people have left due to all this. I do not recommend these apartments. This new staff has really been so rude uncaring and unprofessional. People in the middle of the night are always outside playing very loud music and I wake up to hear people yelling at each other arguing. I see people jumping over the gate all the time. I can not wait for my contract to be over so I can leave to a safer cleaner nicer place.

Not sure where to start. I applied at this complex on 4/27/19. I was completely honest about my past rental history and was told I'd have no problem getting approved. I submitted all the forms and paid $220. I was told I'd have to demonstrate I made 3 times the rental. Three days later I was told I was approved for a one bedroom because my income wasn't high enough for a 2 bedroom. This is where it starts to get weird. Yes I made enough for the current price I would pay, but not enough for the current market value rate. This came up out of nowhere and I didn't see this in writing anywhere. I actually suspected they were making up this stuff as we went along. Keep reading. So then Emily tells me just get a co-signer with the additional income and pay $60 more. Or I could just get a one bedroom. But when I said okay to the one bedroom she tells me no, I'd have to put down some more money because her boss Angela wasn't going to hold it until my move in date. Plus my application is only good for 4 weeks. I get a friend with additional income to fill out the app, she's only needed for the extra income. We submit all the forms and days later Emily says, it's not good enough, have friend fill out more and submit more. I spoke to Angela, the manager, who told me I was approved. But 3 days later Emily comes back to me again and say the same friend who I only needed for the extra income has something in her background and they can't approve her. It's not a felony but there's still an issue. Oh and btw, they do take felon. WTF!!!!! Oh and let me put the cherry on top.... Emily calls me later to say my application was kicked out by the non felon rejection and I'd have to reapply. It hasn't been a month. Today is 5/21. Angela seems to be honest enough and so did Emily at first, but this is a blow by blow account of all the attempts to have me pay more and more money. If they weren't going to approve me why string me along for almost a month? There should be some accountability here. I'm not going to rant and rave about how I was cheated, but I'm not going to be quiet either.

Honestly I wasn't going to say anything but anyone that is looking to move into this apartments need to know. I lived there for 3 years and they have been through two managements. The new management is super unorganized. When the water is turned off to be fixed in the neighborhood they do not give you a heads up with a email or anything. They loose your packages. I have NEVER, I repeat, NEVER had a issue with simple things when Denise was in the office. She never played about rent, but she showed compassion for each and every person on the property. New management do not have those qualities and they lack responsibility for other people stuff. I wish I could give them 2 stars.

I just recently visited this property and happy to say I will call this home in October. Despite some of the previous reviews the office staff has been super friendly and found me the floorplan I was interested in on the floor I wanted. I am new to the area as I am being transferred from my job to the area and found this property to be very close to my job. The highway is easily accessible and close to local grocery stores.
