Vizcaya is a beautiful property! Michelle, Stephanie and the rest of the team are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting each one of them and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move in the Katy area. It’s conveniently located to restaurants and retail stores. Great Property!

Vizcaya is a pretty nice community. The grounds are clean, landscaping is beautiful and the staff is great! They have a great amenities such as the fitness center, large pool and a really big dog park. Not to mention the great location. Super close to I-10 and all the nearby shopping. I highly recommend this community!

This community is amazing! It is near memorial city mall which makes the location amazing! Michelle was so welcoming and kind when I toured. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in this being my new home! Beautiful gym and well maintained landscaping! 10/10, I highly recommend!

Its not a bad complex. However, its not much of a community, I don't really see people out on weekends, at the pool, gym, by the lake, etc. Its a very quiet complex, usually. Which can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for. Personally, I prefer a sense of community. The staff can be hard to get ahold of when it comes to calling or emailing, you basically have to find the time to go talk to them in-person at their office. They're friendly and helpful when you do get ahold of them, though. I would say the rent is fair for what you get. The contracting job is kind of cheap and half-assed, but thats typically with apartments, especially in this price range. Its not horrible by any means. The appliances are ancient, but they'll function. Its an older complex and given the price range that is to be expected. Haven't seen much crime here, personally. Overall, it seems like a safe place to stay, and again very quiet. Lots of families and older folks. I'd recommend it.

The new remodel looks great. Maintenance is fast and office gals are friendly and helpful. 5-stars for sure. The gyms are pretty sweet and the pool and grill areas are clean. Nice place to chill or hang out with friends.
