West lake park is by far the best apartments I have been in. The thought of me living in an apartment was terrifying, but not here! I actually feel like I'm home in my apartment! I love everything about it. In the beginning we did have a little ant problem, but because it was extremely hot outside. Of course maintenance took care of it promptly. One thing I do have to say is that I feel like the apartment is fragile in certain areas, for example the faucets and drains. Other than that it is amazing along with the staff which they are absolutely helpful and friendly!!! Did I mention my college is literally a second away from home! Cant get any better than this. Wish I could just renew over and over, dont get me wrong the price is worth it, but its too much money.

I have lived in apartments all my adult life and can truly say that the beauty of the apartments is equal with the quality of the office staff. These apartments are spacious, private and quiet. Being able to walk from my garage straight into my home is a priceless advantage you can't realize until you get to live it. And the closets are phenomenal. I live in a lake view apartment and the sunrises are inspirational. I have had very few issues since I moved in but when I have had to contact the office they are very friendly and yet professional in correcting the issue quickly. The path around the lake is easily accessible and my Siberian Husky loves the dog park within walking distance.

I moved in West Lake Park Apartments 3 months ago from Chicago and have been extremely pleased with the amenities, services and community. The staff is excellent, professional and friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. The tenants are respectful of each other which is very important to me. My apartment is very spacious with stainless steel appliances, wood floors, granite countertops and ceiling fans in each rooms. I feel right at home at WLP Apartments.

My family now rents while waiting for our new house to be built after selling so quickly, and we chose West Lake Park Apartments,as our dwelling during this transition. We have not rented in over 15yrs and we were a bit nervous about settling into this new, young and busy environment. Our first interactions with the office personnel, security guards and the maintenance staff were nothing short of AMAZING. Everyone.....no matter what the need, has gone above and beyond to be helpful. Our family has often noticed their willingness to do more than asked with such a warm smile and happy attitude. I can't use enough words to describe how every interaction we have had with everyone here running the property has been so much more than what we could ever hoped for this experience to have been. I feel very proud to bring visitors here with confidence that they will see how special each and every one of these individuals are. They have truly touched our lives by making us feel safe and comforted. We are so very happy here and want to be sure that all these warm, caring souls know how grateful we are to have them here with us. I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment. I have often thanked my realtor for finding this place for us!! We wanted you to know that very special people do a great and amazing job each and everyday of taking care of the residents that depend on them.

Well just want to say first the staff is awesome. There are so many amenities such as theater, fitness room, 2 mile outdoor track, lake that you can fish in, grills with a out standing swimming pool, pool table out door lounging area and Great coffee that's free. I feel like I am on vocation not at home with my lake view. I came here with a plan to stay for 9 months but I am changing my mine to stay a full 12 months.
