Paying $1415/mo is JUST not WORTH it. We leaved here for almost 2 years and we had to find solutions to moving out due to neighbor loudly knocking in the walls, my daughter she became really scared and emotional about this and the WLP office staff did not care on having this taking care of. Seem to me that they are a bit "racist" approach too, because they asked us to move but they did not asked our neighbors to do so as well. Used to be a nice place but looks they are so desperate to rent everything that they are accepting every application, I saw a lot of families with uneducated children, letting them do whatever, I already see their amenities starting to deteriorate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX (seems nice in the pictures but trust me, does nor worth paying so much) - I AM SURE YOU CAN FIND A LOT BETTER AND CHEAPER

My experience at West Lake Park was nothing less than outstanding. I relocated from Miami to open my business in Houston and was looking for an apartment for the first year. I chose WLP for many reasons. They are brand new beautiful apartments, proximity and convenience for me was important, but what did it for me were the amazing amenities. The pool is gorgeous with top of the line natural gas grills and covered patio tables. They have a pool table, indoor basketball court, perfect size gym and a theater room, YES! a theater room you can watch your favorite movie or your favorite team play. WLP also has 2 quiet rooms and a good size conference room with a big screen TV, which I used multiple times for meetings and training. Last but certainly not least, the staff at WLP was always very professional, helpful and friendly throughout my entire experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Cypress area.

My Wife and I have signed a short term lease here and we absolutely love this community. they are a very dog friendly place, they added new amenities in the dog park. The amenities for us are wonderful and we enjoy them. The management and staff have been excellent here, when ever we have had an issue or problem with our unit they have fixed it the next day. There are families with children staying here but you would not know it, it is relatively quiet plus everyone is very friendly. The Harris county park next door is awesome we go there all the time to walk the dogs or ride bike and fish on the lake.

The staff here are great, we only lived here a short time but the stay was great. The security makes sure your kids are safe and everyone followed the complex rules. I was going to extend my lease but by the grace of the Lord at the last minute the dream house that we've been wanting for such a long time came through. So unfortunately I had to leave this extraordinary apartment complex. I haven't lived in an apartment since 1999 but if I had to do it all over again this is where we come back to. The WLP is outstanding, courteous, professional and very easy to work with, I have nothing but great things to say about them.

After living here for a few months, I would rate this as a very decent place. The office and maintenance stuff and the security guard are friendly and courteous. Clubhouse has good amenities (couple of computers, TVs, pool table, shuffleboard, movie theater and study rooms) and is open till 10 pm. The buildings are fairly new (6 months - 2 years depending on the building #). Adjacent park is a big plus if you like to walk or jog. When ever it rains or when they cut grass, there are lot of mosquitoes near the entrance doors and patios. If you are facing the lake it is much worse. btw, you pay a premium of $100 for lake view. You get charged for replacing light bulbs, water filter, remote batteries, etc. Considering the high rents, these should have been included but they are not. The keypad for one of the gates to the park has been broken for a couple of months and hasn't been fixed even after multiple complaints. I have seen some people stuff paper or cardboard to keep the gate open which is a safety issue.

Loved it here until I was targeted for parking in front of my garage. Strange how I live way back in corner of the property I get noticed within the hour, I get threaten with violations and expensive tickets. Must be because I'm latino. 4 other vehicles next to the office are allowed to park in front of their apartments (Caucasian tenants). If you're white, They let you slide. For months they have parked in front of their garage just like I did once but they still allowed to park there. Same spot as I have. Only difference is that I'm Latino and they're white. No word from management.

This complex is just wonderful, The staff has always been so polite and courteous and is always going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me every chance they have had over my time here and as a full-time student working two jobs, I can tell you I've probably called on them over my fair share. No matter the time, whether it is the office staff or security guard I have never seen them wield anything but a smile. Tenant noise is almost non-existant which I credit to the new construction and the community of tenants is very friendly. This has been a great place to call home, I'm sad that the time has come to move away!

To me West Lake Park is my luxury home! Office and maintenance staff is Excellent. The perfect choice for a retired Veteran! I appreciate you guys. Keep up the great work!!!

I must say, we really enjoy living in this apartment complex. It is very quiet and it is the perfect size for us. The attached garage is a major plus. The apartment staff is EXTREMELY friendly and swift to respond when needed. It is conveniently adjacent to a park with a walking trail. They have resort like amenities, and the location is great in regards to easy access to grocery stores, places to eat, and many other things.

West lake park is a great place to live. The management and staff are amazing. They are caring and understanding. The application process was easy and quick. i was able to move in with no problem and if there is ever any issues they are always quick to fix them. I love this place and i wouldn't dream of living anywhere else. I actually moved out when my lease was up thinking i would or could end up somewhere better but i was wrong! i came back and was welcomed with open arms. This place is the best!!
