Awesome community. Love the area

I have lived here ar tbe enclave for several years now and love it the staff is friendly and courteous, its a quite and pea ecul community. I resigned my lease once again so i plan to stay another year.

I made time to write a review because I had my doubts based on the reviews. I toured the property with no issues. The girl that toured me was nice and informative. Even better I was offered a good special. I went ahead and put in my application. I'm on a budget and the price was just right. I have been a resident here for about 1 month. My apartment was clean when I moved in and no one bothers me. I have had two work orders and both were comepleted the same day. No complaints here. I will keep yall posted.

The office staff is very nice and quick to assist with any issues or concerns I may have. The property is maintained very well. Despite the presence of many children, the community is still very quiet.

I'm not a resident but I was interested in becoming a resident. However; the process was very agrravating. I applied over a month ago. I gave them my personal info yet no one contacted me to tell me if I had been approved or declined. I had to keep calling only for no one to answer the phone. I emailed them no response. When I finally get ahold of someone they tell me there's more info I need to turn it. The staff was not friendly at all. Because of how unprofessional they are changed my mind of residing at the paramount! I've never had issues with applying with an apartment. They usually get back to you within a couple days not a month or should I say over a month because I still haven't heard anything til this day!
