I moved in a month ago...the area is quiet until the workers come by (construction) not a bother since I'm living for work right then. Demetria has been very pleasant and helpful. I needed a few things fixed I am still waiting on that ...the gate however is always open...defeats the access card and gate code option... overall everything is ok .... the appliance needs an upgrade they're old!!!

I recently moved into these apartment and it's been nice not much traffic or loud noise afrer around 5:00pm there is some construction going on that happens in the morning but I'm Usually at work during that that. I also wish there was a dead bolt inside lock on the door that couldn't be Accessed from the outside for when my girlfriend was home alone it would make me feel much safer also knowing that the front gate is broken so really anybody could get in.

The staff is always so nice when I go into the office and they are always so helpful when I need something. Love our maintenance crew too!

We love it here. The Cares team is awesome! They have free events every month and it's a great community.

Nice and Quiet neighborhood. The staff is nice. The amenities seem to be in working and nice order. We like it a lot! We wish that communication between maintenance, office staff and tenants were a little better. Maintenance tends to try to quick fix items, rather than actually fix them and some times it takes them a little longer to get to you. If you reach out to staff, they do try their best to resolve the issue. We haven't had any issues with safety. It is usually very quiet and peaceful all day and night. When school lets out for holidays, children can be heard outside playing during the day, but that's to be expected. :) They're pretty pet friendly, but they're company does follow the breed restriction list.

I just moved in to these apartments. I have one month living here....I have had problems with the refrigerator, tissue, and plumbing. I had my bicycle on the balcony and somebody tried to steal it last night.... Fortunately I could realize when the guy tried to jump into.....I can't believe it....The staff is nice and they try to fix the problems with the apartment...But I don't feel secure any more....

Could have better parking but overall my apartment is nice and haven't had any issues with anyone living there.

When I first moved here in January 2016 it was amazing. I have never had issues with roaches or the office or maintenance. I will say the maintenance crew is absolutely amazing. Since October I had an altercation with my ------ fabulous neighbors because their teenager kids where constantly picking on my 10 year old and choking him out. When I confronted the teenagers to leave my son alone and to not touch him ... next thing I know my husband, myself and my son were surrounded my 30 people (some the parents of the children) and luckily someone called the police. Since then I had a car follow me to work and the same day they followed me to work they pulled a gun on my son (this was November) I know it was the same car because when i got home at 6 the car was there and they left behind a bag of trash with a receipt - they get food stamps and i googled the address to find that they were by my work that morning - i dont think that was just a coincidence. As of last week they have now keyed my car. The office says they can not get involved. While I do owe the property money I would rather take that money and move some where safer for my son and I because under the extreme measures these other people have taken I do not want to stick around and find out what they will do next. Our lives are too important. I have written corporate and have yet to hear from them. The kids are also constantly waiting outside or around my apartment waiting for my son to come out so they can jump him - i know this because some of my neighbors who know my situation hear the kids and will come out and chase them off - I enjoyed living here until recent events but because no one can guarantee safety and because the office wont get involved I have no choice but to leave. It is sad because all these kids run around without parents monitoring them and you would think given the circumstances the office could at least tell their parents that they need to be supervised or stay inside. IF you live here just please be careful - one of the childrens parents came out smoking pot and kept telling his wife to just "say the word" so that they could jump my husband and myself. So again if you are wanting to live in fear or if this is how you live and raise your children then this is the place for you

Don't waste your money here! It's a rundown complex and just not worth the price. Management does nothing to help with residents concerns. The office staff is horribly rude. Save your money and go some place nicer.
