i moved in these apartments march of 2010 after moving all my belongings in my apartment burn down while i was at work from another residents causing it they didnt help me at all and left me and my 5 year old homeless with just the clothes on our back by time i came back to move back in they denied me and they the reason i had to break my lease in 3 days cause my apartment was turn to ashes

The main reasons not to rent from savannah apartments.... 1) the assistant manager is very moody and has an bad attitude, when you have concerns no one is there to give answers or advice. They want their rent money but has POOR customer services. I believe if you pay your money you should atleat get good customer services and especially when the location isnt all that. If you dont like your job find another one.

I moved in here 2010 it was nice at first but 5mths later they broke into my apt it took them 2mths later to come paint my apt where the damages were. 1mth ago they broke into my car I reported it office did nothing. 2wks later again my car was broken into & office said security is here for the property not for us (WTH I thought ti myself) once my lease is up iam not even going to consider renewing my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY. THERE IS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF AND TENANTS. ALSO. PEOPLE BREAK INTO CARS..OFFICE DOES NOT DO ANYTHING

The manager is a racist who does not know how to manage, she sucks, and so does her staff, they act like they do not know what is going on in that property, people have drug dealers coming to their apartments, kids tearing down what little things they have to offer there, you make a complaint to the office and they never follow up with it, and the manager talks crazy to people and treats them like they are unworthy and little does she know she is TRASH herself which is quite sad I plan not to renew my lease when it is up next month!

I don't have any problems with the staff, i only see them between the first ad 3rd of every month. When i moved here i moved for the convenience to my job. Little did i know when the lights go out...the freaks come out. The tenants are horrid. Every night there is drama......outside! If all these ppl who sleep int he daytime and smoke and drink at night would get a job, it would be much more quieter.....And on the weekends!........UGH!...There is alo this guy who sees all and knows all however his G/F was beating him up outside too. This is why the apartments get such poor ratings because of the lifestyle of the tenants. When my lease is up you can bet ur bottom dollar I will not be living in or around gunspoint area. If you want discretion, peace, quiet and a secure place to sleep at night; do not move here. TO SUM IT up: This place is for the birds and i will happily kick rocks away from here

I have had many issues with the Savannah apartments! They have the worse maintenance heard of. I need new appliances because mine are not working correctly. The function of a stove is to heat and cook food, the purpose of a toilet is well known, the purpose for a dishwasher is to wash dishes and not smoke. However, none of my appliances are working correctly!! This is hell on Earth and I cannot wait to get out of here. I am waiting on my lease to end!!! I am only anonymously for my safety but the company will know me well. The apartments refuse to give me the corporate number but they will wish they did if I find it myself because that will be another complaint added to my long list!! Then I had to pay for a parking spot so I could park near my apt. kids of cch I have witnessed this for too long. I am speaking out!! Not to mention there is constant construction, been a few shootings and 1 death occurred, and the only professional who attempts to help is Gina, the manager.

I'VE BEEN AT THE SAVANNAH FOR A FEW MONTHS DOING THE FIRE IN AFTER THE SECOND FIRE LESS THAN 3 MONTHS APART.THE WHOLE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT IS A BUNCH IF CRAP ALL THEY DO IS SIT IN THERE IN PRETEND THEY CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS .I PAY MY RENT ON TIME IN GET TREATED SO WRONG THINGS IN MY APARTMENT AREN'T NEVER DONE RIGHT .BUT THEY HAVE THE NERVES TO PUT COLORFUL PAPER TAPED ON MY DOOR FOR 1.60 IN A LOCKOUT (that's not how u keep good tenants)NOW THEY HAVE THESE TWO SENIOR MAINTANCE THAT WALK AROUND AND FLIRT WITH TENANTS IN DONT GET THERE JOB DONE RIGHT (i dont think they know what they doing anyways)THE UNIT AM IN IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES,NETS N SPIDERS THEY SEND PEST CONTROL THAT COME IN THERE IN SPRAY SOMETHING THAT BRINGS THEM BACK MORE THEY NEEDED TO USE RAID .THE WATER BILL WE PAY THE SPRINKLER RUNNING LIKE FAUCET ALL DOWN THE STREET OF WAYFOREST IN THEY ARE FIXING THING ITS BEEN LIKE THAT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS WERE IS MY MONEY GOING TO NOT SAVANNAH.THERE ARE UNSAFE TENANTS APARTMENT ARE BEING BROKEN INTO.THEY DONT CARE ONLY;THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY..

This is the worst set of apartments in city view. Management is 50/50 and that's only because there are only two senior employees in the office. I can't fault the new girl because she hasn't been there long. One person is as helpful as hell while the other is rude and stuck up. Maintenance is horrible and very slow. It takes them weeks at a time to get things done. There was a fire in my unit, my neighbor behind me fell asleep while cooking, and instead of them realizing that their tenants were being inconvenienced they started to bill certain tenants for ridiculous things (lights, carpet stains, water etc.) Also they allow tenants to leave trash out in front of there apartments for days at a time, drawing nats and other bugs. When asked to have something done their reply was that they talked to them but their lease was up the following month and there was nothing that they could really do about it. Savannah @ City view is an all around NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of living there 3 years. Whatever you do avoid moving to this complex. Filled with roaches. Leasing office staff is insensitive, unmotivated and uncaring. I would consider living with relatives, moving anywhere other than here, or pitching a tent. Its a VERY unsafe area. People walk around at all hours of the night.. roaming and scoping and casing the place. If you have anything of value like your personal safety, life, or belongings.. if you value any of it DONT move here. Trust me avoid it. Its realy is the pit here. The bottom.
