I lived here for a year these apartments are very horrible for having roach problems, thin apartment walls, and horrible maintenance... The parklng in the apartments is very horrible if you dont make it home within a reasonable time you will not have a parking spot matters if you have a parking decal or not ....In the time period I lived here, they were process of rebuilding a section of the property due to a fire and on April 23, 2016, there was another fire in the apartments that caused families to lose everything... Honestly I feel that the apartments have electrical problems.... The staff is very nice and helpful thats the only positive thing I can say about my experience in these apartments. I wouldn't stay here another year or even recommend these apartments to anyone please DO NOT MOVE here...

very friendly people in the community. the office worker go to the next level with helping with rooms and get you all set up for move in. Claudia and Sergio have very positive spirits. I come 0et coffee every morning just to start my day off with a smile from them. Im loving my stay here,

Horrible night experience, the manager is rude and inconsiderate, there is more than "one" visitor parking, I parked in one as I was visiting my friend for 3 hours, when I left my car was gone, I called the emergency line and the manager rudely called me stating she got my car towed as its her spot and its reserved for "her" I saw a sign with a 3 on it which in my case I thought it meant 3 people in the car so I parked there as it was me my fiancé and my baby, we'll the manager rudely said my warning was the sign instead of so nicely leaving a note on my car as me nor the tenant knowing it's a reserved parking as she is a newer tenant. Honestly I work in customer service and no where in my life have I ever had such horrible customer service.! I will be suing this place for not providing the the right information to a visitor and residents.

everyone here is friendly and willing to help out any way they can. the grounds are clean and we'll maintained and the pet park and pools are set up perfectly. this complex is wonderful

My experience here at the bridges of cypress creek was great the first month. The only issue I have is this apartment is INFESTED with roaches. Most would say is a cleanliness issue, but I disagree. They are imbedded into the walls and you can see it the ceilings and in the kitchen counter that they live inside the walls. Also I have seen them in the electrical plugs and there is no way of killing them in there unless you blow the plug. It has by far been the worst experience I have had in an apartment. I will have to replace all furniture because I'm afraid they are now living in my furniture wood. As soon as we put food in the apartment they appeared. They are also in the freezer, stove and behind the fridge. Also there has been at jackings and break ins. You are advised to not walk around at night. It's just not a safe place to live and is also disgusting to have to see roaches crawl everywhere you turn around. I hope this helps anyone interested in these apartments. Do not do it, I thought the reviews were wrong but they are right about the water, it goes out here and there, my a/c doesn't work properly in the summer time and the bug issue is beyond fixable. If you move into the apartments that have just been built then they will be roach free hopefully. I really can't wait until my lease is up.
