I love staying here i have been here for almost 2 years and I will be renewing my lease. I love the fact that the leasing agents are very helpful and understanding, and I love the fact that maintenance response to work orders pretty quick

Well I’m approaching my 5th years living at the Bridges of Cupress Creek. It’s renewal time and I was apprehensive about rent increase and when I was going to be able to sign the new lease agreement. I called and Ms. Heidi was so helpful. She talked me through each step sent me the lease agreement and then when I could not submit it stayed late at the office she and one of the managers to assist me I’m so appreciative. Heidi was patient with me and explained the new rental agreement and the increase of my rental where I have a clear understanding I appreciate her and the manager that was in the office on December 28 at 5 PM that took the time for me to complete a New Year’s lease at Bridges Of Cypress Creek . My companion dog was also welcomed. They allow me to send the picture and the notice from my physician and I’m so grateful to be at Bridges Of Cypress Creek The place I called Home. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

these apartments nothing but built out of roaches literally everywhere like every single corner even couches the bed, and we clean inside everyday . it’s really sickening and disgusting. also random dogs without leashes. the gates are always open.

Horrible, don't do it, there's always something wrong especially with the water, we had our water shut off since the day before Christmas Eve all the way up until New Year's, and here it is hot water off again and it's the beginning of January, and I have to be to work and can't even take a shower, every time there's a problem they say in the office or we will get to it, but most of the times you're stuck like Chuck., While at the same time they go up on the rent and utilities and everything else, but yet at the same time there's always something wrong, something broken, the water not running once again, or the water is not running at all. It's always something wrong with the water, these apartments are a rip off, and I will be trying my best to get up out of here this year. Like I said, don't do it you can find better.

The water pressure and temperature is extremely poor here. I hear a rodent above my apartment almost daily. The parking lot has a ton of pot holes. The drainage right by my stairs is basically non-existent. I have to walk on the rocks (hazard) in order not to walk through the multiple feet of water puddle. These issues along with the appearance (inside and out) makes me want to move in the near future.

They are cheap apartments in a quiet area but you get the service you pay for and no more. Roaches are ridiculous even though you pay monthly for pest control they never complete. My unit flooded and they refused to replace the carpet or baseboards, even despite the fact that both were visibly water damage and the leak wasn't my fault. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I lived here for 11 months without an issue but when I downsized to a smaller apartment I finally saw what other residents had told me to be true. Say yourself, go somewhere else.

Me and my roommate have been here for almost a year and there are quite a few problems we can't overlook. We aren't continuing our lease again this following year and finding some place else to live if we don't see any improvements in the next 6 months. -The dumpsters are gross- other residents aren't putting their trash inside the dumpster but leaving beside them even when it's not full. They don't have anyone picking up trash in the parking lot and I find used diapers, pregnancy tests, children's homework and kitchen trash just laying on the middle of the driveways and in parking spots. Some neighbors have no decency to maintain peace and honk their horns like they own the place. My neighbors scream at each other constantly and can be heard through the walls and even sometimes they yell at each other outside. -They don't maintain ANYTHING! The dog park gate doesn't latch, the wired fences and fences are beaten up and worn, there's not much grass anywhere just weeds and dirt. They blow the leaves after they trim the bushes back into people's porches. The gates always have issues because they are OLD and just painted black but super rusted. If you like night strolls, this is not the place to feel comfortable doing so. A few nights we were chased by lose dogs and it's never the same ones. My guests are afraid to come back because at some point they've been chased into their car and it's never the same dog. No peace of mind or safety... these dogs weren't friendly. There are a few that are but not everyone is a dog person but the office and management have done nothing to ensure dogs stay on leashes here. The pavement and sidewalks are all uneven and water pools everywhere and it's hard to avoid or even walk around the puddles. -Inside: electrical outlets are lazily installed back to back in walls and inconveniently placed. If you have stairs there is no railing to protect a child or even an adult from falling sideways and that's a safety issue. Most of the power outlets are very loose and whatever I plug in there just falls out with any movement. -There are mice or rats in the kitchen cabinets because I keep finding droppings and marks they've been chewing inside the cabinets and drawers. This was discovered the 2nd week we've been living here. Brought it up to the office and nothing was done about it. They have a low fee for pest control but I find these droppings and insects everywhere. My outside areas have spiders, roaches and ants and/or termites. Inside we don't see many insects but around the property we do. No assigned parking, so there's no consistency here at all. There's no markings where guests need to park and our neighbors have people come over and park very close to our apartment.... which most places I've been to have guest parking marked in the outer perimeter. Over 400 units of apartments and townhomes in this community and they only have one pool and it's behind the office. Fortunately the gym is 24 hours and we are close to it but I feel bad for the resident here that get caught in the rain and running back to the other side! Plus side to these units: relatively quiet neighborhood nested away from 1960, grocery, I-45 and restaurants are all close by and there's a mall 20-25 minutes away in either direction you take on 1960. There isn't loud, rowdy bars in the neighborhood nor is there commercial vehicles roaming around or parked here usually. Rent is decently low. Applying and move-in specials were hassle-free and easy.
