I just want to say that today is my last day at Delray! I bought my own house and it was a pleasure staying at Delray while i was in the process. I've met the leasing consultant Jessie and she is so nice, there is a new manager in and she looks pretty cool. I recommend Delray apartments for their service and how clean the apts look.

Delray is a great place to call home because of the great facilities, excellency of service, friendliness of staff, and perfect location.I moved in almost a year ago and it's been a great experience from the start.

I am super excited about moving in! The staff has been super helpful in answering my million questions I have almost on a daily! The apartment is really nice btw and definitely worth the price! I would definitely recommend!

I love this place! They went above and beyond to help me find an apartment. Maria, one of the leasing agents did such an amazing job for me that I would recommend her for a job if I could! 10 Stars would be more appropriate than 5 Stars! I'll stay here for a good long while.

I have been a tenant for almost a year and I plan on renewing my lease. My apartment has the latest appliances, rent is affordable here as well. Maria has always attended to my and/or my family's needs in a timely manner even on the weekend. She and the other employees have always been helpful. Thank you!

This property used to be a decent place to live, but since June 2019, they have been letting people of poor character move in. They are not enforcing any rules. Someone is leaving trash (bag full of rotten food)behind the stairs on the first floor of my building because they are too lazy to walk their trash to the dumpster. I'm now forced to take out my own trash plus theirs. New tenants are loud, obnoxious, messy and inconsiderate. This was once a great complex with reasonable people living here... great family environment. Now in order to make money to pay for all their recent renovations, they are leasing to any riff raff who fills an app. I don't even think they are doing background checks anymore. I'm beyond disgusted and ready to move!

My experience has been great in this condominium, I have 2 and a half years living here and I do not want to move, I feel comfortable with the apartment. The service provided by the office is great, responsible and the most important thing is that they are respectful. The work of the Lauren and Stephanie is extraordinary. I really like all the changes that are being made to the condominium, they have improved their look on the apartments.

Everything is excellent!! beautiful common areas, solve the problems immediately.. and live here is very quiet!! i love it!! i recommend it to everyone and to Steffany for his help always and good disposition!!!

I just moved out of this place in March 2019. I preferred the previous manager as she was more transparent and honest. I lived in this community for 4 years and reached from Allen Hairston gout 5 years and I've never had a balance at move out! There are things that they've done since taking over this property that are good but they are liars and cheats. Beware and take pictures of the apartment before you move out. I was charged cleaning fees for items I paid someone and they cleaned well. The assistant manager is who did my walk through and she told me of a couple items that needed to be cleaned better and I went back and did that. I also hired someone to clean before my walk through and they did a good job by my standards. But she sent a final bill of over $500 for cleaning. If Google allowed pics on the review I'd upload them so you can see how she lied. There are other resting websites that allow pics and I wom definitely upload them there for all to judge their lying asses....

Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE (hence the 1 star rating). All visitor's parking inside the complex has been removed. Prepare to park outside of the gates on the busy roads - even if you are a resident. Office is not open on Sundays. Management is snobby. This apartment complex has 2 sides - an older side (buildings look crappy and very old), and a new side (stylish, great looking apartments). Management has changed about 3-4 times in 4 years. There are 2 trashcans (one for each side). Trash pickup is loud and at all hours of the early morning, so beware on which unit you go with.
