lots of plumbing problems, parking lot and sidewalks need repair, very old bldg, need upgrades, office personnel helpful, maintenance crew very respectful.

I think the management in Pineforest or very unproffessional they have no love for you if your black , --------- and whites get red carpet treatment they can have 10 people living in a apartment not on the lease

I have lived here in these apartments since December of 2010!!! I have had no problems with them since i moved in here!!! Managment is great & if i have anything that need to be fix they are always there to fix it!!!! Mantince men are friendly & always asking me if everything is working in my apartment!!! I would reconmend these apartments to anyone!!!! very quiet apartment here!! thers been a couple times where teen agers get out of hand but this isnt the complex apartments fault this should be the parents letting there kids get out of hand!!!!!

I lived there a year and a half.Always paid my bills on time and actually stayed past my lease expiration. This place was a nightmare.i was scared to go out because crackheads and prostitutes would beg you for money or to use ur cell phone.I finally left because when the power went out int he entire complex for one whole week they never told us what was going on and didnt help us find places to go. The power being out was the apartments fault anf they never called or came by. I only found out what was going on by calling them everyday un til it was turned back on. They refused to help people with hotels or go anywhere else. One man had a heat stroke and was taken by ambulance out because they would help him when the power was out. I dont know how this complex is still up and running. our heater was out all winter, we called daily to have it fixed. eventually we had to go by space heaters ourself. The nieghbor was letting her sex offender boyfriend stay with her and the other neighbors were breeding pit bulls in the apartment. This polace was a nightmare.Dont waste your money, no matter how cheap they are!

I've moved in early 2010 and the apartment has several problems since my light switch didn't work there was roches the carpet was old and you can feel the rocks or bumps under it. something that stabbs you if your bare foot in the rooms the dishwasher leaves your dishes dirty and white stains. When it rains the walls leak not safe with the switches near!.. They did put new toilets but the tubs are just painted on. They need to add new tubs too!.. Can't wait to move out!!.
